It was so nice experience to stay in our resort so nice room and food all the indoor and outdoor activities was so good I am and my family was so enjoyed lot we will come to your resort thanks to all... Specially recommended the washroom was neat and clean the bar was so nice and service thank you so much mr.bala in the bar good the property was staying couples and family that it was enjoying so much full safety precaution will be there thanks for Black thunder management and the all the staff

You can enjoy calm stay. Excellent service. 👌👌👌👌👌 Clean rooms. Bar facilities available. Small indoor play area. Outside amenities are less. Big lawn space. Inside hotel food quality was good and decent price. Next door to black thunder theme park....👌👌👌👌👌👌 💘💘Allauddin, and Ananthi service team is always good... Cleaning team... Sooo good🤝🤝

Had a wonderful time in Garden restaurant. Foods tasted good and price was reasonable. Scenic View was very awesome. Nice photo spots were there. Overall good experience, will visit again. Kids would love to run around and play washroom amenities was so good and helpful and the ball was good ambience and good service thank you so much for the Black Thunder resort team

We went for day out package. It was totally fun, the activities conducted were much enjoyable. Very nice ambience, staffs are so polite and friendly. Foods were too good and had many varieties. We all enjoyed a lot and has saved so many memories. Thank you Black Thunder Resort and Team👍

Absolutely appalling service. The staff are completely unwelcoming and are indifferent to the comfort of their clients. We ordered food, my dinner came and I finished eating, and almost an hour later when they came to check on us and we asked for the other dishes they told us the order had never been placed. We waited over 2 hours for a pizza and when it came it was the wrong order. This was not our only bad encounter. Upon arrival the staff was slow and made errors with the bill. For every mistake encountered during our stay there was a lack of apology or even acknowledgement of the mistake, adding insult to injury. The hotel also asked us to change our reservation date a day before arrival because they were over booked. Once we arrived we saw that the hotel was close to empty, despite this the staff barely spent any time with us and acted like the smallest requests were huge inconvenience to them. While the grounds are well kept and nicely preserved with local flora, the rooms look as though they have not been kept up in the last 10 years. The public bathrooms were filthy with dirt all over the floor and not a single roll of toilet paper to be found in the entire facility. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed with our stay. I would not at all recommend this hotel. In fact I would go as far as to say people should avoid this hotel at all costs.

The rooms were so comfortable and the food was very much reasonable at the restaurant. Usually resorts of this type have hiked food prices but this was economical and at the same time very much appetizing. Highly recommended if you are looking for a vacation with your family.

Mr .Bala gave me a very good service at resort Dining. Explained the various dishes available on that day and courtesiouly guided us for fixing tasty items as per our choice. Family members enjoyed his services twice in this week. All the best to resort Black thunder

Resort is nicely maintained. Food are quite tasty. Staffs are exemplary, my experience with the front desk and restaurant staffs are pleasant. Special note to Munishwari, Vimal, Chitradevi and Bala. They are all good keeps. Only one comment TV could been little bigger 😎😌.
