  Room with decent ambience, clean linen, well maintained bathrooms, great service, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast spread. Nice location as well. Very pleasant stay. Would certainly recommend this hotel to those visiting Coimbatore. They even have a pub in the ground floor which is one of the happening places in the city with a great range of beverages.

  Very pleasant stay. But rooms are not sound proof so even at night sound from outside traffic affects you. We will be able to sleep only after the city sleeps ! And there were guests who arrived early morning and since rooms are not sound proof our sleep was again disturbed. Dnt take city facing rooms if possible. Food, room service, valet parking are good.

  Very old hotel, we had bad experience. We couldn't get the room what we booked. And forced to adjust room what available. When we asked for it the Reply was horrible. And there is no parking facilities, theybwere saying open ground available for parking but they are parkibg the vehicle at road side. That too very center of the city.

  Value for money. Clean rooms. Restaurant was under renovation. No parking inside hotel available. There was a little problem with AC which was fixed subsequently. Complimentary breakfast was so so.

  Think twice before booking this hotel or else must share your harsh experience with these staff. They are so rude . We have to carry luggage,they even don't provide a staff to the gate. All have with swallow faces which you definitely not like in your trip.

  I stayed there with my family for a night on our way to Ooty. The location is just the city centre. Check-in, check-out were smooth and they were really helpful. Rooms and bathroom are good but only con is that, rooms are not sound proof. We got noise from the bus terminal road(honking) - suggestion to only look for rooms on other side. So we had to order a table fan to white noise, they were kind to provide it with no cost. Breakfast included South-Indian, continental cuisines. Overall value for money

  1) I was charged half day room rate for a couple of hours of early check-in. Staff was rude. Tried speaking to a senior but the person who came to answer my issue seemed to be least bothered. She told me different policies apply to online bookings because they are cheaper. Don't you set the price? Most good hotels are accommodating. If a room is free it is standard practice to allot it to someone in need. 2) No proper a la carte restaurant. I ordered in-room dining on two days and found the food to be stale. It felt like they were items picked up from the buffet spread. The buffet is part of some package that they sell to a few people. The last day I tried the buffet and the food was quite average. I found multiple people complaining about the food. Only one staff who was a kid, probably less than 18, was attending the dinner spread. 3) There is a bar and kitchen in the hotel. On trying to access it, I was told only couple entry is allowed. Wait, so you won't let your business travellers access the only decent place in the hotel to eat a meal? All is not bad though. The good items are below: 1) Well located hotel 2) Spacious rooms although the interiors feel like a decade or two old 3) There is a fairly decent gym All in all: A well built hotel that is poorly managed.

  I stayed at this hotel for a night. The reception and room facilities are good. But the following are the reasons for giving low rating 1. There was a strong smoke smell in my room. 2. At night there were bed bugs in my cot and bedsheet. Though they gave me new room when i addressed this issue to the receptionist, i feel a good hotel should be pest and insects free. A hotel which doesn't offer you a good relaxed stay fails in its prime task!! Good things are 1.They have a FM radio. 2. Hot water at all times.

  I stayed here for a day. The experience wad really wonderful. Worth the money we pay. The buffet breakfast was top class. The only drawback was the music from the partying place from the ground floor in the evening, it can be bit disturbing even when u are staying in 3rd floor. Apart from that, everything is damn good.

  Budget friendly hotel in the heart of coimbatore Pros : Excellent service and great people. Cost effective and they allow zomato or outside food. They also have a pretty decent pub of there own Cons : It's situated in a very busy area next to the bus stand ..it can get a bit noisy and rooms are a bit old If your on a budget then this is a great place to stay for family or bachelor's

  2 day stay. Location is good. Only room service available which is damn expensive. They have a restobar, but don't allow individuals entry. You need to have a partner to gain entry. Strange rule.

  Stayed a night here, thing is I booked a double deluxe room on Agoda, it I was given a room with two separate beds. Otherwise the stay was okay, the advantage is that it’s right opposite the bus stand. Rooms and toilets were clean, but I think the linen needed a white wash or to be changed.

  First and foremost they have a pub which allows only couple and there is no restaurant, you can only order via Room service which is a very big negative. Fortunately you have some good restaurants around to explore. Secondly they use loud music till 11.30 PM which can be heard even at 5th floor where I am staying from Ground floor pub. You can peacefully sleep only after they close the loud music and DJ. Ridiculous!! Pathetic staying experience. Room no.510. Hotel stay date is same as this review date.

  They have a beautiful hotel and room service are good too as per my friends. Then you might wonder why i gave them two stars. So, Our friends were staying at this hotel and me and a group of friends travelled from Bangalore to coimbatore to meet them. We also wanted to use the restroom as we travelled by bus and we reached the hotel in the morning, our friends told us to use their room while they wait in the lobby. Hotel receptionist stopped us from going to the room as our friends are about to check out and according to their hotel policy until and unless we book another room they can't allow us to use the restroom. We then asked if we can use the restroom in the restaurant and they said that they can't allow that either. We tried to talk to the manager and he too said that it is their policy to not allow anyone who does not have a room or haven't ordered in their restaurant. We argued with them saying that there is even a rule in place which is Section 7(2) of the Indian Sarais Act 1867 which allows a person to ask and consume water or use the washrooms for free at any hotel at any time. They kept saying it's their hotel policy and there is nothing they can do. Hence the two stars

  I went there this time just to have food. Great. The food there is not of any hard taste. But it tastes excellent. Also it is healthy. I am allergic to some foods. In spite of it I had all items in the buffet to my stomach full. Yet I felt refreshed and hungry in time. It shows that the food served digest well not creating any digestive problems. Simply delicious and healthy.

  Went to CAG for TVS Company meeting , really had a good and quite experience with the hotel.. Very good ambience.. foods were good too but the amount of space which we had our lunch was too compact and small.. could have been bigger with some chairs , that would be really helpful..
