Extremely very bad experience ever, the boy at the front desk doesn't know how to behave to guest. The Bedsheets was previously used by someone and they couldn't have a basis manners to change it. Please don't book rooms in that property. Not cleaned nd bad behavior from the staff. Especially they think like mallus r fools... please don't choose this property 🙏

They didn't give towels, dental kit and blanket (basic amenities). We have to go ask them for each and every thing. The towel and blanket which they gave after asking were so dirty. For water bottles when we ask first, they didn't told its chargeable. After waiting so long then again when I went then only conveyed about the charge. The admins were not at all helpful to guide or help the guest. They will make you feel bad for choosing their hotel. Their service number and telephone was not even working. It was just for showpiece. Only reason we choose this as it was nearby railway station.

In my opinion this was my worse experience ever had in my life till now. The hotel stinks, washrooms are bad than worse. My family didn't want to go back to rooms due to its untidyness and ciggrette smell everywhere at corridor. Otherwise it's near to railway station 10 min walkable distance if you don't have heavy bags. You won't get food here you need to go out and have food.

Though he hotel is located in a very main area, its horrible. The bedspreads were dirty and it looked like it hasn't been put to laundry for a very long time. The rooms were dull and the reception was not up to the mark. My family n I were very disappointed. The bathroom was dirty and it was certain that it wasn't maintained properly. The holder in the bathroom was broken and the top part of the tap in the washbasin was also broken. No proper ventilation was given in the room. Seriously dont go there!! It was a nightmare.

I didn't see such kind of worst hotel before.It's nearly 30 years old hotel. They mentioned it as 3 star hotel but it's utter waste. Exterior seems to be be good but interior rooms is very old with bad bed and blankets.you would get 30 years old towel for usage.Even lodge would be better when compare to this. Washroom would be nasty.Had such worst experience. Please don't come here and waste your money. Please don't trust the Google photos of hotel attached. Everything is edited.

We have booked triple room AC. 1. Room is spacious. 2. Hotel is in mid of the town. 3. AC is good. Negative. 1. They will ask for extra money if u book from goibibo (we requested for early check in) 2. No toiletries. 3.No water bottles provided 4. Bathroom window is transparent. 5. They provided 1 blanket for a people of three, you have to ask voluntarily for blankets. 6. Extra bed is not up to the mark.

Very untidy and dusty room with lot of mosquitoes,we stay for only 1 night but thats enough......a/c was leaking and when I complaint about that they come with a mop to wipe and place a bucket under AC and ask us to sleep 😂😂.AC leaking was continued and at last we switched off that. blanket provided is with full of holes.very irresponsible room service .when we asked tea in morning they give us after 45 minutes . I know it's detailed.....because for RS/-2220 we got such a horrible and irritating night with out sleep....if there is an option for -ve rating I will definitely give that

Room quality is apt for the room price. It's rs.1000 for AC and Rs. 800 for Non-AC. AC rooms are better than non-AC, so please shell out the extra 200 even if you don't need AC. Air circulation is amazing when you keep balcony door and main door open. Their service is okay. Internet speed is great. Update: They do have cockroach issue. And cleanliness issue. They clean the floors but their walls and ceiling & staircase are all dust laden. And there are lot of mosquitoes. Not worth living here.

It's a value for money hotel. It's a pretty old propery in good location. Not very clean, but all minimum required amenities are functional. I wish they change their towels and sheets. 1000 for AC room is good but they really need to provide clean towels and sheets. There is mosquito problem even in AC room.
