People be Aware - @All who tried to checkin in this particular hotel - Purple Lodges @Avinash road - The rudest and non professional activity of the staffs - Unruly behavior and i have a filed a complaint about the staff RAM who has a serious issues - He and the manager room division manager - Shankar ! Very unprofessional behaviors and the activity of this staff is a awareness for anyone coming with Family and the most unprofessional hotel every met

It was an average stay. Family travellers can stay. But the bathroom taps are so slow, no hot water. Beds are hard, tv is so small and didn't use it because of its size. Food quality is average. Car parking is available but can accommodate only few cars and the same building has restaurants resulting in lack of parking. Location of the hotel is good.

One of the worst places to live. I will never forget this place in my life. The place is good but the service is very bad. How many times I had asked for Blankets and not been given. The best part was I ordered food and after 1 hour they said i did not order whereas i reminded them one more time. They always say sorry. My friends room had cockroaches and insects. My suggestion dont go for this

Felt a bad experience with hospitality in total. Don’t have enough neat rooms and corridor is too smelly. Particularly their breakfast is not even taste worthy . While at the check out customers have to wait for at least 30 mins to get things cleared from their end. I won’t personally suggest anyone to book here.

Had a worst experience.... Worst tea... Served contaminated side dish for a nearby table in Hotel Kovai Virunthu and the staffs didn't properly respond them?? Got afraid and left the restaurant and had a nice lunch in Neythal Hotel which is in the same campus, but not a part of Hotel Gowtham... Paid for Complimentary breakfast and didn't had our breakfast... Unlike other Hotels they are not calling for breakfast.. They also deducted the amount for complimentary breakfast for which we didnt had... In other Hotels, while checkout, the roomboy will come & take the luggage and will check the rooms, which is easier for faster checkout... The Manager is very strict and perfect, which doesnt work for Clients and the staff too... No one is user friendly... Very strict

At the time of checkout they asked me to pay 500 for one single pillow cover which had some stains. They were quick to grab the opportunity and I am sure that quality of pillow cover that it was not more than worth for Rs. 200 for brand new pillow cover of same quality also

The only thing going for this place is it's proximity to KMCH . The staff are rude , impolite and have a nonchalant attitude towards the customers. They are busy arguing amongst themselves and make you wait endlessly to check you in not realising guests who check in are famished after a long journey. I was made to fill up the form at 11.45 am and checked in an hour later as the room wasn't ready and they have the temerity to ask me to check out at 11.45 am the next day . Room service is almost nonexistent. The toilet is filthy, the beds are rock hard . As I visit the hospital close by I'm left with little or no choice but to patronize this place regularly, much against my will . I do hope the management wakes up to the fact they are in the hospitality business.

As soon as they found an opportunity to take some money seeing some stains on a pillow cover at the time of checkout, they grabbed it with both hands. They asked me to pay 500 to them for a single pillow cover despite me being staying there for 3 nights and it's my third or fourth stay at their hotel. The quality of the pillowe cover suggested that it was not worth more than rupees 200 even if it was replaced with a new one. Their services for food and other services is damn slow but they were very very quick to find this and demand unreasonable money after finding that I was in hurry to leave for airport. Even the taxi charges quoted by them was verry unreasonably high

Worst experience ever. Everything is dirty from bathroom to bed to towels. They sold us AC room but there was no AC room given to us. Kindly avoid this place even if u get it cheap. I am guilty to go for cheaper option. Certainly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Even the staff is just around to be not bothered.
