  Stay was okay. staff had not kept the room ready for check-in. We stayed for two nights and three days and water was only provided once. Was inflexible with checkout. Kept saying we booked online and hence these will not be provided. Makes no sense.

  Room was ok in this price but there was an issue related to hot water in the morning due to too many guests on the same day and hotel was not having any proper backup option available. Hotel has good capability to arrange the cab service and staff was very cooperative.

  Good room and staffs..Well maintained. But they even charge for additional water bottles that too 6 rs extra (gst)😔.. complimentary breakfast is good but only limited dishes

  Room was spacious and tidy. Food was really good I had my dinner and next day complimentary breakfast at my stay. Frinedly staff and Mr.Nivas helped me through the smooth check-in and check-out. Overall a nice place to stay.

  The rooms are clean and neat, the issue is with the smell of sewer in some of the bathrooms, the staff is helpful and location is perfect, there is a famous restaurant called annapoorna near the hotel serves good food.

  Worst hotel not even staff (Receptionist who in incharge at night) don't know the basic knowledge how imps payment is processed... Worst experience ever had.

  Overall good hotel to stay .. approach road is bit congested... however located to place where you have infinite things to shop. I personally like very much. Junior staff were very courteous and prompt.

  Very near to Gandhipuram bus stand, room are very spacious but bathroom some smell is coming, overall need to improve cleanness

  Room was spacious and clean. Location wise it is not so good near to bus stand.it is situated at narrow road and difficult to find inspite of Google map.

  Excellent place. Has Anandaas and Annapporna at 5 minutes walk for vegetarians. Rooms have central air conditioning with clean modern toilets and beds. When you stay for more than a day, room cleaning and replacement of consumables ( water, coffee, sugar) doesn't happen unless you inform the reception. Morning breakfast is above average. Good place to stay for business or family.

  Stayed for a day in this hotel. Welcoming staffs, well maintained rooms, good hospitality. Recommended for families. Good Parking facility available to park around 6 cars at a time. The road in which this hotel is located is too narrow, which might be difficult to drive, but it isn’t a blocker. They are improving the restaurant, so don’t count on having lunch or dinner here, you have lot of options with just 5 mins walk. Best hotel considering the location and the maintenance of rooms.

  Service and Cleanliness is top notch here. Really satisfied with Nr Paval, Mr Boopalan Mr Vishnu for their courteous service. Quality of Breakfast was good. Overall a pleasant experience

  The hotel is very neat and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was very good. The hotel staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Located at a walkable distance from the bus stand.

  Good Hotrl. Still needs lots of Improvisation. Food is to be sourced. No coffee or Tea at Room service. Internet is too bad connectivity

  I stayed for two days in Coimbatore and hotel grand tree is very amazing and good ambiance and their hospitality is very nice and I am new to the city they helped me in visiting the tourist places in detailed and air condition is working amazing in the room and they provide television with all languages and at any time you will get hot water in the rest room and they provide essentials like soap, shampoo, toothbrush when I checked in. Very nice "Thank You Hotel Grand Tree"

  I went there in last july during the lockdown to do my quarantine. It was very nice. Staff was helpful. Room was nice and clean. It was a little bit higher that my budget but was very nice to stay here for 9 days
