This is a nice hotel. Location is also good. Here are some of the pros and cons: Pro: 1. Location: Location is great though we drove down to the hotel, it's quite close to the railway station also. 2. Staff: The staff of the hotel is very polite and courteous. They will help you with all your requests. 3. Food: Food was good and tasty. They don't have a resturant but room service is available. Service is quick and nice. 4. Room: The room we stayed was spacious and nice. Toilets are clean. The house keeping is apt. Cons: 1. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is not lavis. They will get you omlet etc if you want but otherwise, its idly, Vada, one rice bath and toast etc. 2. Parking: Very little parking space. In the evenings as Jk Bar is open, you won't get parking in the hotel. They will arrange to park outside and then later you have to go and park inside. 3. Pests: The biggest con is I found a lot of cockroaches in the room. Initially in the bathroom but then I found them everywhere. While checking out I have informed the housekeeping manager about it as well. If this is fixed, everything else can be ignored.

Good business class hotel. We organised a family event on a Sunday. The manager was specifically speaking very highly of the food when we tried to negotiate the price per plate. Food was indeed above average, but the service was unsatisfactory. Servers were providing meat (chinthamani) in spoons with very limited quantity. It feels weird and embarrassing to ask for more when he has already placed 3 spoons, which is just peanuts. CHETTINAD chicken gravy was also a part of the menu. It came to our knowledge that only gravy was offered with it, and no meat was provided with the gravy for the guests. By the time we realised this happened and tried to change it, almost all guests had already finished their meal. When presenting the drawbacks to the manager at the end of the event, he was not ready to accept them and engaged in an argument.

Nice clean and well maintained hotel to stay in SaiBaba colony. They’ve very good complimentary breakfast services and bar services as well. I tried all of them and completely and highly satisfied for the money I spent. Will try next time too, if they maintain this cleanliness and quality of service, & food.

Infested with cockroaches! We had a few rooms booked and saw cockroaches on both rooms on the 3rd floor. We asked for a different room and they offered only one replacement room and that was also having cockroaches in the bathroom. Reception said they can’t get pest control late evening as if they were unaware of the issue. Pretty evident that the pest issue has been happening widespread as the rooms were on the opposite ends of the building. The rooms were decent sized including bathroom but the pest issue made it worst. Note, They also don’t have hair dryer and iron box in the room nor do they provide if requested. Service was average as only 1 towel was in the room and when I asked an extra, I never got it. They kept telling they’d send someone but it never happened.

Smoke smell in the hallway, poor wifi connection in the hotel room, dirty bed sheets and tables, key card wouldn’t open the door (master card didn’t work either) so we had to switch rooms. A few outlets in the room didn’t work. Staff was trying their best to help. Don’t stay here, stay at IKON by Annapoorna instead which is almost same price.

The hotel is situated in a great location with a lot of shops nearby. It is a relatively new hotel with good furniture. But, there were a few problems: 1. The TV and AC remotes were not working, 2. The bathroom has a rain shower without any hand held shower head which makes it difficult to take a bath without wetting your hair, 3. The mattress was too soft. The check in/ check out was smooth. The staff were cordial and helpful and they didn't charge anything extra (read hidden). So, that works in their favor. It is a good hotel but with lots of room for improvement

Function hall is available in affordable price and food menu... Dias can be decorated to suit to the requirements. Rooms are kept best to dwell for short duration... Food tasted best particularly vegetarian menu, freshly cooked and served... Dining hall ambience need improvements a lot

Rooms are comfortable.,very spacious and luxurious. The comfort of stay is impeccable. Good food options from in-house catering, well mannered staffs. Cons- don’t believe on their Wifi connection., it doesn’t connect or if connects by mistake it would be very slow. Another major issue is car parking. If you are traveling by car from outstation to this place then god save you 😃. The hotel bar, function hall and guests at hotel well have to share a small parking area at basement, which is going to be full all evening, leaving you to park your car in the busy main road or interior road by yourself. My suggestion to management is to provide wallet parking facility to the guests staying in hotel. Overall, good stay can become a excellent stay, if management can take certain actions on the cons captured.
