  Very bad service, they don't respond for months. The staff are not trained, one person happened to burn my mother board and they are not taking any actions against it. Very disappointed, would not recommend for anyone. The staff there wasted a lot of my energy. Would really suggest people not to give your laptop for service here. One of the most terrible service centre in coimbatore. Pathetic staff and pathetic service. Also I believe a lot of Google reviews have been put by them just to bump it up - be very cautious about that - it seems fake.

  Had a really bad experience with this place. They take forever to respond, and their staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. One person even messed up my motherboard, and they're not doing anything about it. Super disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff wasted so much of my time and energy. Seriously, steer clear of this service center in Coimbatore. They're the worst, with lousy staff and terrible service. And watch out for those Google reviews - I think some of them might be fake.

  Gave dell laptop having power issue for service. Issue was resolved properly and figured out other issued in the laptop. We can go with that based on the need. Good service.

  Came to get new OS and to change SSD. Very satisfied. Updated review: After installing new OS and changing new battery, facing issue with the display which is getting turned off and on when charger is plugged in. Trying to get help from the Palies team but still unable to get any support.

  Bought a custom built pc (i9-13900k, 64gb ram, radeon rx 7900xtx) for a very reasonable price. They built it very quickly and were very cooperative with my suggestions and doubts. Very friendly staffs, special thanks to Sathyamoorthy, saravanan and all those worked on my pc behind the scenes. Very satisfied.

  Really had a very traumatic experience with them. The staff there is very rude. I had given my laptop for a very small repair, they couldn't repair it even after a week and kept on delaying and were very unresponsive. Whenever I asked for an update they kept pushing the date and finally said we cant do after assuring me that they can do it. The staff there wasted a lot of my energy. Would really suggest people not to give your laptop for service here. One of the most terrible service centre in coimbatore. Pathetic staff and pathetic service.   I gave my laptop for RAM upgrade and then they completed it and they gave the bill, it was around ₹3500 I'm fine with that what, now comes the issue 1. I asked them which RAM you upgraded my laptop They said a brand but didn't gave any information more than that 2. In the bill there is only 1 line item Ram upgrade and the cost is ₹3500. I asked how much is the RAM and how much is your service charge they didn't tell me. They said overall it is 3500 3. On that day evening I got the bill and I asked for the same details and they said they'll update the bill and send it to me, still now I didn't received the updated bill. I saw the reviews and went to their store but this is the actual situation

  I gave my Laptop for fixing SSD and servicing. My Laptop was very slow and stopped working.. In Palies they changed my HDD to SDD and also made my laptop to original condition. Team members and receptionist were very courteous. Charges were nominal. Really the best place for Laptops and computers repair service and upgradation...

  Based on my friends previous experience with service and suggestions, I took my device for repair. Excellent service and response. Infact they have created a separate private WhatsApp group to keep us updated about the repair status. I would recommend to any regarding service, repair and new custom installation.
