  Very arrogant behavior. I asked for quotation. She gave me. I just said that some other guy is giving me better rate. Then i received a call from the lady on the desk. She started screaming. Asked me to share the number of travels who gave me better rate. On refusal she threatened me, that her boss is a chairperson of the travels in coimbatore and he will see that no one can give me rate what i was quoting. She also said that i will see how you get traveller in coimbatore. Her tone was so rude and literally she was threatening me. As a customer i have right to bargain. She also said "how dare you to ask for lower rates" Very bad experience. That one phone call spoiled my day. My heartbeats were increased rapidly and bp also shoot up. I will like to say to this travel that i had been to coimbatore and in best tempo traveller and 6000 less that your quotation. Please learn to respect consumers. At least learn a way to talk. Don't spoil others day and become reason to cause health issues

  This is my 1st time we booked Prabhu travels and starts the trip with smooth manner but while closing the trip was not smooth. Ask for proper payment breakdown and conditions before start the trip as they did not give the proper trip payment conditions to me. The driver does not know the proper route to Wayanad and he took the bad road which took more time in travel. While returning we suggested better route through google maps. The worst thing was the driver try to get the commission from restaurants and shops where we stopped. Also, recommending worst bakery where we have better one in the same place. Reply to your question: Attached advance receipt here. Please check it, where did you mention that it is fixed amount for trip. Also, I have not reduced any amount and paid full with additional driver beta for after 10 pm drive. Why should I fool others? its up to them. As I have chosen this based on google review. I am sharing my experience here. I have trusted driver that's why we went with route which driver took while going. We took better route while returning only after bad experience. Please try to listen the issues and concerns from customers before ignoring. I think you need to be educated enough to listen the customer feedback.

  We spent 5days in kerala. It was an awesome experience. This would have not been possible with prabu travels. Very quick in every response and very clear about their moto. We enjoyed the home theatre available in our tempo. The lighting was extraordinary in the tempo,only the seats should be repaired as some of them are non-adjustable. I wish to make many more travels and memories with prabhu travels. Thanks..

  We reserved a car from Prabhu Travel for our family's trip in the month of December road trip from Coimbatore to Wayanad and from Wayanad to Coachi Drop, and I can tell that their customer service is excellent and their driver, Karupasamy, is very nice, calm, and patient.   The trip was great and good 😊🙏 Driver Immanuel was very courteous and cooperative.The car was brand New. But had some minor problem in starting due to Unserviceable Fuse. Kindly ensure to keep 2 Fuses in the car to avoid any inconveniences. Actually it's No fault of the Travels. Prabu Travels is as usual always the best in services.

  The vehicle picked us up from Coimbatore and we had been on wheels for 4 days since then. The travel was smooth because of professional driver Mr Senthil, neat interior of the van and the scheduling. We spent good time over all.

  lt was a very worst experience with Prabhu Travels. starts the trip with smooth manner and while breakdown the alternate vehicle has not been arranged ontime. They are not even bother about passenger safety. Reason 1. we had waited with babies, ladies and sr. citizen in jungle road for more than 4-5hrs in mid night. They can took a decision immediately, but for money calculation they have delayed. Reason 2. Drivers are worked with out rest before the trip.Day and night continually worked in different trips. This is the most important point and they're playing with our life.Due to this reason it was a sleep less night, even we r paying not feel comfortable journey. Reason 3. They want to settle the full amount before complete the trip, but it was not their commitment while booking. Because of that again they has delayed and threatened at midnight. Coordination, service and their commitment fails here. So before booking please think and decide. Overall this journey is very unsatisfied and never we will go with him.

  For our Coimbatore to Ooty trip, we booked a Tempo Traveller with Prabu Travels, based on Google reviews. The vehicle was high quality and very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the disco lights in the vehicle during one of the late evening rides. The driver (Krishnan) was efficient and punctual; his driving was safe and reliable. In our case, we found the rates to be a bit higher than other tour companies, but we still chose Prabu since it came across as a professional set-up. Eventually, it was worth it. Would surely recommend their services.
