Hotel Prince Gardens begun its commencement by Mr. R.Subahan Ali Sait in the year 2012, comprising of 30,000 square feet and a total of 42 rooms and 1 Multi Cusine Restaurant, 2 Board Rooms and 2 Conference Halls.

Hotel was clean and good. We went to a birthday party last week The cleanliness was ok but the food and service they provided was average. Non veg items were very average but the vegetarian food was nice but a little bit salty. Please take care of it so that you will get more bookings.

Went with family and stayed here for 2 days. Have called the hotel prior to get the Rooms ready once we reach . Still we had to wait for a long time. Rooms were basic and clean and hygeine. It has mini fridge, water bottle, cups, tea/coffee . but lacks things like toiletries and everything. We booked a room for 3 PPL. For the 3rd person they didn't provide cot, nor a blanket Only gave a mattress , pillow and a bedsheet. which is very very disappointing. They didn't even give towels n all for the 3rd person. Service was very very slow. We had taken package including food. Food was good but with package options would become less. Make sure you check all the towels or sheet soon you check-in. They will charge you saying bedsheets (which are already old) got stains. We got the parking. Looking at the limited parking space, with more vehicles it can be challenging. Location wise hotel is good. That's the only reason we went for this.

Attended a birthday function. It is a small AC hall where around 100 can be accommodated. It is party hall - a portion of the hotel. They provide veg/non veg food inside the AC hall itself. Staff are supportive and gave good services. Only disadvantage is not enough parking space. They also have a multicusine restaurant.

This hotel is located very close to the Gandhipuram Bus stand area. You can directly walk in and reserve your stay. They provide complimentary breakfast too. Options are quite limited but food quality is good. The hotel has its restaurant as well. The in-charge of the restaurant was very friendly. Even the receptionist (boy) in the early morning section was polite and very prompt in his work. The rooms are quite big. Spacious and clean. TV was provided. An electric kettle in the room for which you can make your own tea/coffee. Toiletries were provided. Free wifi in all the rooms. At this price the facilities provided is a good deal.

It is located in a pretty good spot. The rooms were decent. Wish they had changed the room locks to automatic ones. Breakfast buffet was good. They serve south indian food, but had bread butter jam and cornflakes too. Served hot dosas and omelette as we ordered. Overall a pretty decent experience.

Prince Gardens is situated at the heart of the city. The famous Anandhaas restaurant is literally 10 steps from the hotel and all the markets are nearby. There is a taxi stand also at a walking distance from where you can get cabs for nearby locations like Isha Foundation. The rooms are very clean and the service and staff is also superb! We had a peaceful stay at the hotel and would love to come back.

Very bad service, very congested parking, very bad experience, pathetic free breakfast with same menu everyday, also had a very bad experience while checking out, in which they said we need to pay 1000 extra due to stains of food on bedsheet to replace them, eventhough we were provided with stained bed sheets and very bad quality towels,i dont know where they are replacing the bedsheet, since we were supplied with the bad quality bed sheet only while checking in but didnt had prrof of photographs to prove due to which had to pay the money.also, AC didnt work very well its a centralized AC system and of no use, we used fan instead, not at all upto the mark of a 3 star facility just trying ways to grab more money from customers

After booking online in the morning, I called them to ask if my booking was confirmed and when can I check in. Due to server issue they couldn't give me any information and would call me back in 10 mins. I had to call again in 30 mins as I did not receive a call back. Their issue wasn't resolved yet but they told me if I've got a confirmed Booking I will get a room. Reaching the hotel around 12 pm, while checking in I was told the room I've booked isn't available till evening and I will be given a downgraded room. They could have informed me the same when I called twice to confirm. Dint they know at that time as well that the room isn't available? Did it magically got occupied in two hours? I was sick and walking around lugging my bag was the last thing I wanted to do. The guy behind the reception had the balls to still keep smiling and asked me to book the downgraded room and cancel the earlier booking after I told them I won't accept a room which costs less than what I'll be paying for.

stayed here for 3 days. the rooms were ok with decent bathroom. cleanliness is not so commendable but was acceptable compared to other similar hotels. car parking found to be an issue as they don't have a big dedicated parking area. food quality was not so great as well but they will allow to order food via swiggy which is what we opted mostly. there are nearby restaurants and eateries if you want to try some local food. a bus station is nearby for anyone who needs the service. overall had a pleasant experience.

We stayed here for just a night so the review is based on that alone. The location, room service and the food ( buffet breakfast and the chargeable buffet lunch) were pretty decent, no complains about that. However, the price of the rooms were on the steep side when compared to the room quality and the service provided. The staff were really helpful and they assisted us in all ways possible.
