The Shree Baladevdas Kikani Matriculation Higher Secondary School was established in 1955 to manage and administer the educational institution 'Shree Baladevdas Kikani Vidyamandir'. In 1957, it was named as 'Shree Baladevdas Kikani Vidyamandir High School'. It is Government aided and follows the State Board Syllabus. In the year 1978, the school was upgraded as a Higher Secondary School with classes upto standard 12th. Keeping in mind the technological advances of the day, the school is well equipped with good laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science.
An enlightened Trust in its continuous commitment to the community, has added one more school which follows the Tamil Nadu Matriculation Board Syllabus. The feeder school was upgraded into a full fledged Matriculation School in the year 1991 and the first batch of students appeared for the Matric Examination in 1996-97. In 2001, the school was upgraded into Higher Secondary following the Tamil Nadu +2 syllabus. The children of the school are encouraged to participate in almost all the individual and group competitions conducted by various business establishments and social service organizations.
