Facilities provided may range from a modest-quality mattress in a small room to large suites with bigger, higher-quality beds. This was an extremely charming ,with beautiful rooms.The receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming with very very good communication . She went out of her way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveller . Would highly recommend a stay here if you are on your way to see the stunning.

  Asked us to pay for booking beforehand saying rooms are running out when we called to enquire. We were told rooms look almost same as shown in pictures on web but it wasn't. Rooms were dirty and were severely infested with bed bugs. We walked out of hotel as soon as we found bed bugs in the room after informing the receptionist. We did not receive any form of refund either

  The hotel has no sense of customer relationship. The receptionist Santhosh had asked us to pay up despite having paid the fee. He did not bother to even check before walking up to us and questioning us as if we were in debt. Even after realizing his mistake no apologies were made. He said that his job was to 'update the payment' and hence was in hurry and had no sense to check. When I questioned why was he in such a hurry he said 'mind your tongue'. The hotel may have had bitter issues with customers previously but that does not give the hotel the right to treat customers with zero respect. We are paying in return for your services. Remember that please. In terms of the room, no cupboard, bad TV remote, no proper table. I had visited this hotel four years ago and it's sad to see the quality decline over the years. Do better Sugam Hotel.

  The behaviour of the receptionist is not Good they don't listen to the problems they have caused no one cares that you have drinking water in your room or on the 5th floor.

  The worst hotel that i have ever stayed in. The receptionist has a very bad mannerism, if you are planning to stay with family stay away from this horrible hotel. Very bad experience not worth your time and money. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  Worst ever reception and receptionist is very impolite and rude, we came very tired and late checkin with two kids, he won't consider that as well. Adding to this room is not clean and they didn't provide minimum room essentials like soap, handwash, etc., And they will consider your kids as adult to charge you more even you mention the number of kids at the time of booking and payment is already done. When we say room is not clean he incharge just laughs shamelessly instead of providing service. !!!DO NOT VISIT/BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

  Rooms are small and suffocating, with no proper maintenance. Rooms stinks. Bathroom also not well maintained. No room service. Limited parking area (oly 2 cars). Hot water available oly at 7am-9am, if we want to leave before that hot water is not provided.

  Decent budget hotel at the prime location of Coimbatore city. So many options are available for shopping around this hotel. Hotel supervisor and maintenance elder person were too friendly and kind towards customers. Had a nice stay here. Ok for one day stay. Parking available for both two wheelers and four wheelers. Hotel is clearly visible from Main road. Good service.
