He has managed many food festivals successfully in Star Hotels (Karakudi Unavuth Thiruvizha, Nawabi Food Festival, Afgani Food Festival, Karachi Food Festival, Oriental Food Festival, Mangolian Festival, Dosa Festival, Paratha Festival, Iddli Festivals etc to his acclaim !
