I had my worst experience in a hotel ever. Their staff don't have the minimum understanding on how to treat the guests. Once you reach the hotel, they put strange rules and force you to pay extra. Wouldn't suggest picking this hotel at any cost. Avoid for peace of mind

Stayed here for a couple of days. Booked directly with hotel and got a fair deal as compared to online portals. I booked being carried away by the GRT brand and realised that it was no where near that. Detailed review as below. Pros 1. Easy access to many things near the hotel 2. Staff tried their best to make you comfortable. 3. Rooms are neat and tidy with good beds. The bath and toilet are however small. Good quality toiletries Cons 1. The price is rather steep as it carries the GRT brand name, but lot desired to come close to it. It's a budget stay with a big brand 2. Parking sucks. There is no dedicated parking area and it is manged with the side walks around the hotel. Even with fifty percent of occupancy the limited space will get full. Cars are parked back to back and a security staff has to move cars one by one to let u out!! I spent 20 minutes to be let out!! 3. Dining is just opposite to the reception with no privacy or ambience. It's just a ear marked space serving food. Again all tables get full for breakfast and one may have to wait for a chance to be seated. 4. As I said, this outlet seems to be ridiing on the brand name and hence charging the price for which it is really not worth. I would rate the place at 3 at the max.

The room was really good and clean. The location is nearby to many places where you can drive for food and drinks. Though it's on the highway you can hardly hear any noise or sound. The rooms were of good size. The breakfast spread was amazing. You get a lot of options to eat and the taste was excellent. Will definitely come back again to this place.

I Start my review with the name suganthy.. I would like to appreciate her efforts towards the support and understanding. It was my father's birthday and we were in Chennai. I just called the reception and requested her to arrange a small birthday surprise.. It was so quick, she arranged a birthday cake. It was a nice surprise for my dad and we enjoyed it from here through her support .Once again I thank suganthy for her efforts...

We stayed for 1 day with family and our experience from check-in to checkout was very good. Rooms were very neat and clean. Bathrooms properly cleaned and sanitized. Breakfast was very good and taste of food also very good. No extra charges when i requested to pack some breakfast items for my kid. Would recommend to people planning to stay in city limits.

Very good & value for money I was there for a night with my spouse and 7 year old kid. We loved the stay, the room was very good, colorful, pleasing to the eyes and very well maintained. Staffs were very courteous and service was really good. Also the breakfast was amazing. Overall it was good value for money. Lived upto GRT name

Rooms were very comfortable and well laid out though a little smaller compared to the other hotels in Coimbatore like Le Meridian or Vivanta. Great service and a good breakfast spread were the positives. Small lobby area with limited seating and breakfast area. Lack of a swimming pool was a downer for us.

Zibe is a great accommodation in coimbatore. For those business travelers and families looking for a safe, and good hotel, Zibe fits the bill. The rooms are pleasant, not the best in class, but you won't have much to complain about. Service is satisfactory and location is ideal. Cost to satisfaction ratio : high.

I must thank the Master Chef & team for the excellent, delicious and tasty food prepared by them. Disappointed to note that the guests are ignored at the point of arrival,as there were no bell boys for moving the baggages. The room was neat & tidy. The ambience was good.The reception staff were polite and helpful.
