  One of the worst site that I have ordered from. I had ordered two items, house boat and straw painting from keralahandicrafts.in. I paid by net banking but the order was not reflected in my account. After submitting proof of payment I was sent a message that the items have been shipped. There was no mention of order no. in the mail that was sent to me. I received only the house boat that was packed as if it was a piece of crumpled paper and was different than shown on product page. I never received the straw scenery. No action has been taken on my complaint till date.

  The perfect place to go to if you want to gift your out of state or international friends a little piece of Kerala. They sometimes have exhibitions going on in the main building, be sure to check it out! Parking may be an issue at times.
