By buying from here you support handmade and are helping in sustain families who are pursuing it as a profession even at the rate of not making enough money to lead a comfortable life.   It's located in the agricultural university campus. Good marketing place for products of tribals. Potteries, curtains, paintings etc. are at display. It will attract the attention of many if the university gate near the show room is opened and an eye catching display board is placed.

  Amazing collection of tribal arts and crafts from across India. I visited the outlet an year ago and the experience was pathetic as the outlet was manned by government employees. Now fortunately the same outlet is manned by two energetic youngsters. Things are far better now. However the stocks are years old in some cases. An active focus on improving stock and ambience will bring in superb reception from patrons as the art and craft are unique and fairly priced. Moreover many of the spices,nuts and other grocery items smell and taste much better than the ones available from corporate companies.

  The products are all over the floor. Place does not look inviting. However some of the products on display are wonderful. With a bit of care and attention the place could do better

  visited ' tribes india ' stores on 2 sep2016. not given any prominence to the location of this TI outlet within the agri campus is a pity. could have been located prominently inside the campus closer to the main road. not being visited by many , it is learnt! but the products on sale are nice and priced very decently....
