  Cyprus Paradise was recommended to me by a friend. This travel agent was brilliant, nothing was a problem and believe me I tested Diane's patience to the limits, albeit accidentally. Nothing was too much trouble and over the course of 2 days my self-inflicted difficulties were dealt with very professionally and with good humour. Highly recommended. Thank you Diane.

  After a disappointing experience with another travel agent for a Northern Cyprus holiday, we were lucky to contact Cyprus Paradise whose website and whose service we have found to be absolutely amazing and fantastic. We found them to be friendly, highly knowledgeable in their field and efficient and, above all, very very helpful. They held our hands and walked us through the entire process and even though not obliged to do so, they even said they will do the online check-in for us, get us our boarding passes and book our seats for us. We couldn't have been more fortunate to find them. In particular, we were blessed to be attended to by Diane Stott. She is amazingly helpful, friendly, efficient and patient. Above all, she made the planning and the booking of our holiday a pleasant and a memorable experience and she fully understood what a good customer satisfaction and experience should be like. To Cyprus Paradise management, I would say that Diane is a huge credit to and a huge asset of your Company. The customer service and the business world in this country would be a far better world with more staff of the calibre of Diane Stott. Diane, thank you for all you have done so far for us and for holding our hand and walking us through the maze of the planning and the booking process of our holiday and for making it all so easy for us.

  Ryanair was so difficult to get info from when i tried to access your booking for my Cypriot holiday.   This is the 2nd Year in succession that we have used Cyprus Paradise for a trip to Korineum Golf Resort in Northern Cyprus. This time there was 6 of us going (3 couples with mix of golfers & non golfers) Diane Stott was involved in our booking right from the start helping with several quotes/travel arrangements etc & handled all of them fantastically well. The trip went like clockwork thanks to Diane’s organisation & we’ve just returned from a great 10 Night break that was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. The service provided by Diane was of the highest standard as was that provided by all the staff at Korineum - I would highly recommend Cyprus Paradise & Diane in particular.

  Just booked a golf break in Northern Cyprus at Cyprus Paradise. Belgin couldn't do enough for us to get the holiday we wanted, even though I was probably a pain keep changing the dates!!! Now everything is perfect, thank you Belgin. Will definitely use Cyprus Paradise again

  We recently enjoyed a fantastic holiday at the Merit Park Hotel, Kyrenia . We had originally booked another hotel, unfortunately the hotel could not accommodate us but the excellent , friendly customer service team at Cyprus Paradise swiftly sorted out an alternative holiday which turned out to be even better than our original choice .   This is the first time we have booked with Cyprus Paradise. Their customer service and ease of booking has been excellent. I have dealt with Diane Stott and she has been superb. Diane has assisted with arranging a second hotel and car hire. Her email response has been very prompt and a call from her was a refreshing surprise in this digital age.   Cyprus Paradise has excellent accommodation, surroundings, courteous & helpful staff, all at the right economically attractive rates! Cyprus Paradise - aptly named and a great company to book with! Customer Service and Guest Relations are particularly strong. Will recommend to friends and planning to book another visit in late summer! North Cyprus is richly steeped in history with many historic sites to visit and lovely beaches to enjoy! Try it - you'll be pleased you did!

  Booked with Cyprus Paradise and was advised to pre book boarding cards and reserve seats. This caused problems when trying to access the airline website. Concerned I telephoned Cyprus Paradise and spoke to Diane who immediately organised everything for me, booking plane seats and obtaining boarding cards, all of which I now have.

  It was our first trip to Kyrenia Northern Cyprus in March 2016 and we are already thinking about returning there again. Fantastic country and people, beautiful weather, reasonable prices. Cyprus Paradise Agency from London, who booked this holiday were very professional and helpful. Thank you for such an attractive offer. We recommend N.Cyprus to those looking for a rest at nature, sea and mountains, green parks, as well as at nice small cities and villages. Easy to drive a car too. Mietek & Grazyna

  An excellent company offering great value for money holidays. Staff very professional, responsive and efficient. Everything worked well from the point of enquiry through to arrival at, and return from, our destination. The Hotel Malpas, where we stayed near Kyrenia in northern Cyprus, was very good, offering a range of facilities, choice of food, and pleasant surroundings including sea views. It is located out of town, which means it's probably more peaceful, but there is a free hotel shuttle bus or you can catch a local 'dolmus' for 2.5 TL one way. The inclusive 3 day car hire was invaluable, as was the trip to Nicosia, also offered as part of the package. However, beware they take you at the end of the day to the local diamond and gem factory where the staff were waiting to pounce. An unwanted additional experience (unless you're in the market for buying!).
