Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Every detail that has gone into the designing and planning in of all the villas shows the taste and interest the owners have the rooms are a class apart. Rooms were clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Karthik.The location was perfect close to top slip.Mithun Moopanar

Our stay at Akshaya Bungalow by Sparsa was truly wonderful Choosing the Presidential suite provided a luxurious experience, complete with a separate inside swimming pool. As a family, we enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, and it was heartening to see our 2 year old delight in the stay. The culinary experience was exceptional, with a special mention for the mouthwatering mutton chukka and chicken gravy. We are already looking forward to our next visit, a testament to the overall satisfaction we experienced. Highly recommend for a memorable and family friendly getaway
It was an awesome experience with Akshaya bungalow by Sparsa. Location is amazing as it is in the middle of the ghats and you can see big mountains all around though its far view. Staffs are well professional and friendly too. The property is maintained very well. Place is spacious with gardens, pools, cycling spaces and many sitting places as well.
Newly renovated. Excellent service, particularly Mr. Senthil who was a very gracious host.
Presidential suite was really good with private swimming pool
Good stay and nice ambiance. We really enjoyed in pool villa and i will recommend this to those who want to stay away from busy life and who likes vintage collections this is perfect place.We really enjoyed as family and staffs are more respectful and friendly for our better stay. Very good stay overall.
Room and service are too good and its renovated place,very hygiene clean place...Staff are very kind and family friendly...one cons will be food varieties... we expected buffet in this budget but must visit place...
Nice quiet and luxurious rooms...with jacuzzi and pvt pool...service of staff is good....senthil served us well...along with all others....wifi connectivity is good tooo....overall a good quite experience
