I paid about 1lakh advance and booked for a tour. Due to pandemic could not go with it. And still my amount is not refunded. In the process of getting my money back from last 1 year.
Very good service and they made our 3days trip to the most memorable one. Their package was reasonable and committed to the best, Eswar - மிகà¯à®• மகிழà¯à®šà¯à®šà®¿ மறà¯à®±à¯à®®à¯ நனà¯à®±à®¿.
I have been on this trip recently. They put my grandmother's name wrong in her to and fro flight ticket. They were not helping us out by changing it also.We had a lot of trouble owing to the same.Very poor service. The staff there are extremely rude and Ill mannered. They abused me when I asked them to change the ticket even when there were hardly few hours before the journey.
