A very unprofessional interview taken by Alakmalak Technologies Private Limited. On 20th August, I have given my first round of interview. Interview was schedule at 12pm but i have to call to HR at 1pm and reminds her about my interview. She says that I forgot. This type of excuses given by HR most of the times. After that i have given second round of interview on 07th September. After that i have third round of Hr on 9th September. After that i have to take follow ups regarding the final round from HR. The response of HR will always be after my follow ups. On 17th September, My final round with CEO completes and they have agreed to give me Offer. For this also almost 4-5 whatsapp message and 4-5 calls done from my side to HR but no response from her. She reads everything in a minute but she don't even care to reply my messages. After message done to CEO, HR replies the same. Here also HR told that i will reply on Saturday. On Saturday HR replies that i will send you offer letter and HR Policies on Monday. I.e 26th September, 2022.On 26th September, 2022 at 7.35pm she replies that sorry you are not selected. Immediately, I called HR and she says that we have recruited a person with lower salary and that's why your profile has been rejected. She gives an invalid argument that if you have and offer than us then you also leave us. I want to tell HR that it's all about commitment and principles. You have committed me to give an offer and without giving an offer directly you have rejected me. This is very unprofessional behaviour of HR and Company. Thank u very much for wasting my whole month.
