On 14 th july I visited this store and bought an inspiron 15 3593 laptop at evening. After returning home,I put the lap on charge and started using the lap on 15th early morning. I noticed the control key not working properly (stucks between). I called the bloom store person and he replied that he will ask the person from repair centre to call me . Am very disappointed about this purchase and also their comment on repairing a brand new laptop. During this corona situation,this kind of quality issues putting our lives in trouble I am expecting an replacement or refund(63500).
