The mutual fund KYC was rejected for my son I went to enquire. However the officials informed that the documents submitted were not clear and just to resubmit again. Within few days things got corrected. Doing more than the customer requirements quickly. Happy
This was an amazing service point for your mutual fund queries. They serve people with utmost care and with humanity. Every individual of the premises is dedicated to their commitment. I have been doing all my redemption through them. I would like to give them 100 stars but the rating limited to 5.
I have been using their services from 2005 onwards and they have always been more than helpful in detailing the various processes that one has to go through in filling out forms for the various Mutual Funds that they cover. This is their new office, which was previously in RS Puram. The staff professionals and are always happy to help. They listen to what you have to say before providing you with a solution. Sometimes it does get crowded and hectic for them to reply, but they always respond to your queries. There is no use in thinking that they are ignoring you because of this. The main enterance does have a ramp, but the office enterance does not have a ramp. You have to park your vehicles outside the premises and it is not a covered area. Your vehicles will be out in the sun and rain. There is a toilet at the back of the premises and it is well mentained.
