  Booked a house with an advance amount with these guys. Since the final price was not matching the expectations I dropped from the project within a week. They promised for a full refund when paying the advance, but they took 10% of my amount and refunded after 70 days that too after 30-40 follow up calls. This shows their true color of business. I hope the buyers be aware of the polite behavior and get to know in the end. Glad that I did not proceed with these guys.
