Excellent experience with booking, changing the tickets, we needed special assistance and Vinita from the company end went way beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went well for us. Executives at the backend of Indigo Customer care services are very helpful in resolving all the issues that I had encountered. They were found to be very courteous towards towards me.
The site show a flight charge of less than 51000 for round trip from Cochin to hongkong. But some problem encrypted and I couldn't complete the booking. When contacted the customer care number, the Cc executive Mr. Sunil did all the services and issued the ticket without any difficulty. A very good service rendered by the company.
