Initially I was exploring different options on the internet to find out the best, safe and economical trip to Ooty and Kodaikanal. I have contacted so many online travel agencies, none were approachable, vocal and Humane in nature. But then I am glad I came across Ooty heritage tours and travels I did a little research on Google and found this one pretty promising. Special thanks to hema She has been wonderful and instrumental throughout the trip. She was there for us whenever needed. Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I would like to thank traveles ooty kodai packages for making our holiday memorable. The vehicle provided was in excellent condition. We had an issue with Driver Praveen who was not able to speak Hindi, however he did communicate with us in broken English as much as he can and explained us each and every place we visited. Few members of my family had motion sickness due to which they were frequently vomiting while traveling. Driver praveen didn't mind stopping every now and then. He took us to more places then what was mentioned on the site. Overall we are happy with the service and will recommend or come back to them for our future travel needs Hotel acomandation ooty and kodai delight inn and jc recydency was great thanks to Mr paul.
