  We are very satisfied with the care and attention of the staff , Sindhu ,who has been allotted to look after my father aged 91, who is recovering from a hip fracture. RG elder care was also very prompt in arranging for a replacement, when the nurse had to go home for two days. The replacement staff was also equally good, and there was no break in service.

  Service is very good ..They hav trained nurse both male and female attenders .they ll send as per ur requirement.perfect medication on time , physiotherapy,periodical BP ,sugar monitoring dressing for wounds , keping the patient and the sorrounding neat always.Thanks for the entire team for helping us to come across the tuff situation

  I had undergone a laser surgery for my bed sore , post surgery the wound needed cleaning and dressing on a daily basis . I tried to clean it my self but after a week the wound got infected , then I came across this wonderful place that takes care of patients who needs help taking care of themselves. Firstly I spoke to GIRI bro about my problem, the next day they came home and saw my problem and took care of it, still now they are helping me with my wound. Even in the Pandemic situation they gave hassle free service, all the staffs working with them are humble , polite in the work they do and are punctual. A special mention to SRIDAR BRO , GIRI BRO AND ABILASH BRO.

  We took the service of a trained care giver for our bedridden father. The care, compassion and support provided by chitra was commendable. The concerns of going through those tough times turned out to be a very normal routine as she took charge of all responsibilities. I have even quite often heard her sing for our daddy. Thank you dear. Also a special note of thanks to Giri for patiently guiding us through the formalities. Thanks goes to entire team as well for visiting us in our bereavement, a gesture very unique in today's world. Thank you all.

  RG home care provides excellent services. My grandma is 97 years old and had a hip fracture. We took the help of RG home care and frankly we were justified in trusting them. The extent to which personal care was given to my grandma (Full marks to the nurse Nithya) was to be seen to be believed.   Thank you for the rg home care services which you have offered almost daily for the past 1 month (and counting). You are a timely and great help, especially to cope with the sudden high care needs of my uncle while we await the arrival our new helper. I would like to specially recommend sis.Aruna, who is helpful and attentive to my uncle's needs. She provides prompt updates of the activities she had done/engaged my uncle in and the daily tasks completed for the day before she leaves (e.g. taking of vitals and serving of medications). We are grateful she goes the extra miles to assist in meal purchase not only for my uncle, but also my elderly grandma who lives with my uncle (and who is otherwise independent). Many thanks once again and keep up all the great work you're doing! :)

  We contacted RG home care few months ago for my father who had bed sores as he is bed ridden and early onset dementia. Rajgiri was our first point of contact and was amazing from day one, he took the time to speak with me and my mom at length, and his compassion and understanding of our situation was something I will always remember. They provided my father skilled service and care that were so patient and good. It gave me sense of relief for the first time that my father would be fine even if I needed to leave for the job as I am working in abroad. Currently my father is improved a lot and I feel like there is some family member who can take care him and support my mother on the process. A special thanks to Giri brother and wishing RG home care to continue their service for the needed. Great service

  Rg home care have been providing 24/7 care for my uncle. His helper is excellent and takes care of the needs very well. It has enabled me to be away in another city and not have to worry constantly about my uncle's health and well-being.   The service were prompt, very flexible and centric to the customer needs, very quick response and a genuine intent to help / understand urgency . All their staff come with a Covid negative certificate and most are vaccinated which is great in today’s times . The staff are well trained and have great attitude .RG Team and manager is amazing in both his response and always keeps to his commitments which is what makes this organisation stay ahead of their peers in the industry .
