Worst behaviour staffs ever seen in such a big hospital. Management should look into this specially the gentleman in insurance desk. Never recommend for this hospital. They do everything possible to admit a patient & they agree for every thing but after discharge and bill payment their behaviour suddenly changes. More than worst behaviour of staffs. And important point to note here is the ratings seen with 5 star are given by the staffs and doctors himself by using patients mobile or by forcing the patient to rate in front of them only, where he has no other choice rather to rate good and write nicely about them. So the ratings shown here is totally manipulated. It's the worst hospital in this city.

Worst Worst Worst hospital in the world , My father had a brain store we took him in an emergency, they ask for money before doing surgery we paid money before surgery after that they constantly gave him ventilator even he didn’t needed , even they did three surgeries on my father he wasn’t opening his eyes but doctor ( Tushar Desai) told us he is in comma even though he was moving his hand & legs, Dr. Tushar desai mis guide us & always tell us everything is wrong, overall my father was admitted for 29 days in Zydus Hospital in ICU room for making money , All they want from us is only Money even they didn’t realised there is one patient suffering & also his son & family . I request you all never ever go to in this hospital . I was lucky that after 29 days I made decision & took out my father from this hospital & move him in another hospital & he is alive now & able to walk again . if my father was in the same hospital, things were not in my favour so I kindly suggest you all never visit Zydus because they are making money & playing emotional game to patient’s family for money. I hope Government may seal this hospital.

Very good environment and staff. Dr. Parag patel did surgery of my mom it is great experience. Only thing they should improve is visitng hours should be increased.
