Address advisors has played a critical role in my property hunt. Hemanth was very helpful and answered all our queries. He shared prospective properties based on our requirements, answered all our queries and helped arrange and accompanied us on site visits.

We visited for the expo buffet which actually was a buffet of all the properties across the price ranges and the team were very supportive and helpful in our search

I visited this place for a reality expo.I had been to few such expo's, and I felt these bunch of people are very welcoming. I personally felt well organised, value for my time, taken care of basic requirements like valet parking, simple registration process, engaging kids with a balloon stall, choclates at all discussion counters, and designated snacks, tea/coffee, juice counters. They had around 30 builders at one place with good mix of A grade , B grade builders however I found 3 properties inline to my requirements and there is also a designated counter for resale, rent kind of services. Improvement points: It's a closed area so they had big ventilators/fans which in a way good but hindered my listening capability.

Gautham and Roy were a pleasure to work with. Both took considerable amount of time, understanding, and effort to find a perfect tier 1 tenant who would be a long term client. I appreciate the transparency through the long process right upto delivering the space to the tenant. I would like to work with them in future projects too as I know that considerable diligence will be done on the client before introducing them to you.
