Very very bad and worst service I never had like this service ever .....for emergency their not picking call
This is the only AirTel showroom available in the ganapathy area. All of the sudden my SIM card stopped responding and I had to visit this showroom to rectify the problem. AirTel staff said due to heat SIM would’ve failed to work and he gave me new SIM card charged 50/-RS. I am guessing AirTel intentionally failing SIM card for some reason so that we will buy new one. At least they could have warned me about this before a week. My work depends on mobile & sim, due to this issue I faced multiple problems. I took Adhar xerox but they are asking for original document to replace the SIM card. I made second visit and got the SIM replaced. After 4 hours SIM started working but no incoming or outgoing messages for one full day for customer security. Showroom is well maintained and staffs are helpful, they can’t help you when it comes to AirTel rules. Car parking is very difficult only two wheelers parking available at your own risk.
They'll attend the queries and respond once reported and followed up in person... it's better to visit coz they don't stay available for phone calls.
Went for damaged sim replacement and work done in 10 mins
This is the closest Airtel store available near my home. They helped with lists of broadband plans, make sure you choose what plan you 'need' instead what plan they 'suggest' so that if you need to upgrade in future you can do that anytime. I have requested for a fibre connection. They have sent installation service member on the same day. Unfortunately I was not available at that time so I rescheduled for next day. They came next day and helped with connection. Also they made callback few times for feedback after the installation which I felt as good customer service. It was great experience for me.
WORST WORST WORST wifi provider. They got money from me and didn't respond for 15 days saying they haven't received the payment yet. Then finally they gave me the connection. But only after using one month I came to know that they have provided Airtel black plan for me (postpaid + broadband connection). But the twist here is the postpaid number is not mine. They have their personal number and added the connection. For last two months I am receiving their postpaid bills. I checked the bill and contacted this people. But they are so arrogant. So I decided not to pay the bills. Then after two months my wifi got disconnected because of not paying the bill. Then I contacted Airtel customer support regarding this. Now Airtel has promised me they will remove the postpaid number from my connection. The bill for postpaid connection alone is 2000rs. The postpaid number was in a name Muthulakshmi. These guys have tried to cheat me by giving their own personal number and getting the bills paid by me along with my broadband connection. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. DON'T EVER TAKE CONNECTION FROM THIS FRAUD PEOPLE. INTOLERABLE ARROGANCE.
Located in ganapathy.. there is no car parking space and short road.. so plan it accordingly.. good customer service..

while providing SIM giving time as 4hr, but they are processing after 4hr only totally it will take 8 to 9 hr, also customer care call centre, even they are not having store contact number we want to Rome to store to our office every time,
