Need to wait for long time even though there's no customer

0 Customer Support I had never seen such irritating manners less customer support executive ever, seems like they do not care for the business, they are pushing the customers literally out by behaviour. they don't even deserve a star, since other is no star option giving 1 star

not knowledgeable enough employee. needs more training, they just try up selling products without knowing what benefits it will bring to customers. not recommended visiting even for queries. showroom doesn’t even look like airtel operated- unclean, no air conditioned, zero technology except few old laptops, all documented in papers. irrritating part is their answers are always “may be” response

Customer friendly staff who have immense patience to explain every single detail. I got my sim replaced and added another number and i would rate my whole experience with a proper and well deserved 5 star for all the folks working here.

Waste on time to visit on store...

Went for change from post paid to pre paid. Got it done in a jiffy. Excellent service.

They are not customer service but problem locators. No help, no solution, no support.

Pathetic network ever. I went to get a dongle for work from home purpose. The plan rates and data packages are not worth the price. You don't even get 50Mbps network. Very hard to manage office work with this network. The worst network I've ever come across I regret wasting money on this. Better Choose jio guys, don't get this product..!!
