One of the best AIRTEL STORE I had ever seen.. in most of the places we have heavy rush, here it was very less also even if we have so, the team work is really healthy. These folks work well. We can see something called "SMILE" in all of their faces 😊, which lacks in few other stores. No 🤔☹️😡 faces. Equal importance is shown to all, be it a person who wears a beautiful boots or bata sandals. Everyone's work gets done equally likely.😊 My best wishes to all the team old n new.. Thanks to Ms.Ramya & her friends for the help rendered 🙏🏼.

Worst response i ever seen the showrooms.... know one gives proper response ...manager also playing game... actually i need to buy an Esim.... i visit the store more than 4 times for last month....still now im not get it.... my friends are feeling the same about the airtel store.... worst behavior to the customers...

Still my airtel new sim is working very slow where else we can clear this problem service staff says only in with the in four hour activate my sim but it's not anything like all so kindly clear our problem and else seeing our message whether suppose we can call to your office mean they is no contact number

Very Poor Service. One lady named DIVYA LAKSHMI, I dont know, why she is working. She is interested in talking with her boy friend, Instead of clearing Customer Queries. Management must take Immediate action against her.

The response level of staff Deepak was extremely pathetic. Regret for taking connection at airtel. I was been insisted to wear mask, but I think the intention behind wearing mask is to cover the nose and mouth. I wish airtel to train MR.Deepak over it. See my concern is different, Untill you guys recieve payment the behaviour of field staff manoj kumar was good but now I feel that the behaviour towards his client is rude and inappropriate inorder to prove I have the call records. We need this issue to be taken seriously. And I need a response from airtel team. Else we will be tempted to escalate this issue on social media platforms. If there is some issues with my connection setup I hope I have rights to tell the concern team to sort it out. But I have been informed that the concern will be resolved in one hour for the past 3 days. If this seems to be continued tha nk for the service Airtel. Proceed with the refund.
