Poor service and response
Staff have no respect towards customers time. Except one person, rest all don't have any proper knowledge on how things need to be resolved. 1 esim port and activation needs 4-5 visits to the store which doesn't make any sense as Airtel claims super fast customer service!
Excellent customer service. I went to there for porting from Vodafone. It just took me 10 minutes to complete the process. Executives are very professional.
Worst customer service
The experience using airtel service is really awesome...😎 Good atmosphere (cleanliness) and friendly negotiations @airtel_store👌ðŸ¼. Then i told them that "i have an issue with network", they told me "you need to change your SIM sir", then i decided to change my SIM and i got a new SIM with my old number within 10/min at airtel storeðŸ˜. [ in brief: I have some issue related to the network...â˜¹ï¸ Which is my friends/family always telling me that i was busy while they're calling me...ðŸ—£ï¸ but, in that situation i didn't spoke with someone...🙅ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸ then i decided to check my old SIM(age 8 years nearly 🤔) @airtel_store... then i decided to go nearby airtel store, and i was searching nearby airtel store at 'Fun Mall, coimbatore', with the help of 'GMap' i got a location of nearly spotted airtel store. I went to there then they provided me new SIM with same number...🤩 ]. One and only drawback is they didn't provide any contact number to contact...â˜¹ï¸ and also they charged me Rs.50/- for duplicate SIM without billing...ðŸ˜
Good place for airtel service
Good service and very humble
Changed the Airtel SIM, after advice from their executive and on confirmation that replacement SIM will get activated in 4 hrs. Now after 16hrs also not working. On calling 121 they say you have to go to store. The confirmation SMS was never received, and they tell me request stands cancelled.
Service has shifted to another place.
Worst service, I went this showroom for duplicate SIM card they actual cost Rs.25/-,but they charged touble cost Rs.50/-. Without billling
