Yong came highly recommended by a friend and we found him easy to deal with and very responsive. He did a full make over for our condo and took us through every step patiently. Yong project managed every little detail, sending us timely updates weekly and as and when needed whilst we were away on holiday - completed within the agreed time! He pays close attention to details, listens to our needs and provides suggestions and recommendations but respects our final decision. We are not the easiest to work with and when things don’t turn out the way we imagined, Yong has graciously addressed this each and every time. There has been minor fixes and hiccups since moving in and Yong has been responsible in addressing this! Our home is lovely, practical and feels homely! We were recommended by a friend to Yong of Artmuse Interior. Yong is meticulous in his work and always listens to our needs and always tries his best to deliver. He is capable of delivering his work on time and never fails to pre-empt us if he thinks he needs more time or if there is going to be any delay. We felt more assured and confident working with him because we can see clearly that he is (if not 100%) at least 90% on time with his planned work schedule. His team workers from carpentry to lighting and plumbing has delivered the work on time and will not hesitate to make any improvements if we feel there is a need. We engaged Yong as our ID for our 4-room BTO flat last year. I can say it's the best decision ever! Yong is very responsive, his design is on point (Modern Mid-century theme) and workmanship is very good. We completed the entire renovation project in 3 months and within expected budget. I got introduced to Yong (ArtMuse) via a friend. The entire renovation was nicely completed, despite some minor hiccups along the way (condo management issues etc). Yong was very patient, and able to help to resolve those issues timely. And, as i needed my place to be kids and elderly friendly, Yong is able to listen to our requests, and provide the necessary design changes. Post renovation, he is still very kind to help to settle some minor items found along the way. The overall experience was extremely pleasant.

My renovation experience with Artmuse interior was very good. Their design won me over so many other IDs I had approached to renovate my 30 year old 5 room HDB to a minimalistic Scandinavian style design. This is our second job with Artmuse, Yong and his experienced team. Our first round was a full reno of a 5rm, 27 yo flat in 2019 and we were extremely satisfied with the final outcome, so when we wanted to update some of the spaces to adjust to our changing needs, we went back to Yong. The same contractors came back (which means there is a very good working relationship between designer and contractor). In fact they remembered some of our preferences in terms of the finer details, which I was quite impressed by. Yong as always was prompt in his responses and did his best to explain technical details. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly, often on the spot. He is a very efficient project manager. I would say we are quite particular and not the most easy-going of clients but Yong did his best to accommodate our requests, giving his opinions respectfully and with sincerity. Highly recommended.

We are recommended through a friend to Yong at Artmuse Interior Pte Ltd. The 1st meet up was simple as i showed him around our existing 5 RM HDB flat we been staying for 20 years and we want to do a full reno, focusing mainly on Living Room, Kitchen, Toilets, and just flooring change for the 2 other bedrooms. He is able to listen to our ideas and understand our needs & during the reno work, we can still go overseas for our holiday without worrying too much on the on going reno as he will give us updates periodically to keep us at ease. After the reno work is completed & during the 1 year warranty period , he is able to react to issues that pop up and resolve them.
