Do not book from them. Poor customer support. Nobody picks the call on the helpline numbers provided. Boats got cancelled because of weather conditions and it’s been two months there is no refund(forget refund no response as well) from them.
PS: I got my refund after posting this review hence changing the review to 2 stars now. However please be careful.

Vishak R Nair 01 Feb 2025

Booked Ross island - North Bay trip with book my boat, and the experience couldn't be any worse than this, we reached junglighat Jetty by 8.45 as per the instruction, and there was no agent to be found, finally found the guy and he told us to wait in waiting area and that's where things got worse, we waited for nearly 2hrs and still no sign of any boat, after enquiring multiple times finally we were assigned to a 100 seater boat which ruined the entire experience since it takes a lot of time to reach and come back. Overall, the experience with these guys was pathetic, so be very very careful while booking the ross island north bay tours with them

Ashutosh Ranjan 31 Dec 2024

worst service. Dnt book through this. They will only take you to islands only if you book activities through them else they will left you waiting.

Urmi Shah 30 Dec 2024

Please be very care full in Booking for Ross and NortBay Island.
The ship operator is different and they keep monopoly and keep forcing you to buy thing activities and food from their own cooperates ONLY..
It is annoying when you are on Holidays.
Preferably Go to the Jetty and do Direct Bookings.
