If it's time to buy gold, GRT is the place to visit. And this place is the first grt where we had a quick billing. And the collections were good.

I am sasimala.Regular G.R.T. customer. Staffs are very good and keep patience to show the different items. In scheme system repeated gifts are available every time.Kindly change the gift item as well as provide the brand items.

Had a great experience purchasing in GRT. The employee Mahalakshmi was very knowledgeable and will helpful and made overall purchasing experience as pleasant

Worst customer experience !!! There is no proper management of staff. Customers are kept waiting for the staff to reach them. Very less collection and we are asked to choose one from them. We were kept switching seats from floor to floor. Also they doesn't seem to show interest in showing the designs. We had to select some random design since we had joined their gold saving scheme earlier else we would have left the shop in few minutes due to our bad experience. GRT used to be good but now it has lost its value. Only few salesperson and parking lot ppl were helpful.

Worst service ever. 21st Oct i visited grt cbe, in long chain section one sales person her name is suganya. She is very rude, we are waiting almost 20mins ideally. She wont show any chains to us. She showing a face on us. Plz take action, and teach her about customer service.

Fast moving trendy jewelleries..if u like something get it when u see..when u go back again for the same jewel it will be sold out .and even no single picture of that can be found

Coimbstore GRT Excellent service across all over Tamilnadu branches........I changed my newly purchased jewelry two consecutive days but eventhough they accept it without any hesitant....most of the shop won't accept for second time but exchange but coimbatore GRT does that for me....Manager Murugan very kind and polite attend

The collection is not that great. Well I have bought just because I was in a hurry and wanted to gift it immediately. I don't think I'm returning here again.

Very crowded,response is bad. Parking is an issue in peak time.

Today we visited GRT jewellery and felt very happy to see the neat and pleasant maintenance of the shop.. The person who showed us the silver section was very good and patience... He showed the jewels according to our expectations... very much satisfied.. looking forward to visit again...😊
