I received excellent guidance on the specs of the ring, and Aman kept me posted on every step of the production, from CAD to stone check to final QA videos. Wonderful craftsmanship on our piece of jewelry, and Ouros had phenomenal communication. They were very helpful and gave all the information I would need, and they were quick to respond, always responding to emails within the same day. The stone is flawless and exactly as described. They even gave updates when they finished certain milestones in the completion process. They sent a video of the diamond and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the stone before proceeding with the ring. My fiancée loves it, and we couldn’t be happier. Shipping was also express, and was swift. We received the finished ring not even a month after I purchased it. The price was also amazing, considering the craftsmanship and care that was put into this beautiful piece of art! Much love from me and my fiancée!

Very happy with my ruby and diamond hoops! It was my first group order from March, and the whole experience went very well. They kept me updated on each step of the process and delivered on time! I recently purchased a 3mm eternity band from Dhruv. Let me start by saying Dhruv was amazing! Great communication and very easy to work with. He answered all my questions and concerns. I placed the order on Feb 24 and received the CAD Feb 26 and the final project was completed on March 18. It shipped March 20 and I received it March 25. The ring is so beautiful…every detail is perfect! The diamonds are so clear and shine so bright! I already received so many compliments. It also has a nice weight to it. It’s my favorite out of all my rings. I’ll be purchasing another one to stack soon. Overall I'm pleased with my experience. I would recommend Ouros to anyone looking for custom jewelry!
