We are very satisfied with the care and attention of the staff , Sindhu ,who has been allotted to look after my father aged 91, who is recovering from a hip fracture. RG elder care was also very prompt in arranging for a replacement, when the nurse had to go home for two days. The replacement staff was also equally good, and there was no break in service.

Service is very good ..They hav trained nurse both male and female attenders .they ll send as per ur requirement.perfect medication on time , physiotherapy,periodical BP ,sugar monitoring dressing for wounds , keping the patient and the sorrounding neat always.Thanks for the entire team for helping us to come across the tuff situation

During pandemic they give a good service and caring for me and my family Excellent in-home service care provided to clients. Being able to care for patients in their own homes.

I had undergone a laser surgery for my bed sore , post surgery the wound needed cleaning and dressing on a daily basis . I tried to clean it my self but after a week the wound got infected , then I came across this wonderful place that takes care of patients who needs help taking care of themselves. Firstly I spoke to GIRI bro about my problem, the next day they came home and saw my problem and took care of it, still now they are helping me with my wound. Even in the Pandemic situation they gave hassle free service, all the staffs working with them are humble , polite in the work they do and are punctual. We took the service of a trained care giver for our bedridden father. The care, compassion and support provided by chitra was commendable. The concerns of going through those tough times turned out to be a very normal routine as she took charge of all responsibilities. I have even quite often heard her sing for our daddy. Thank you dear. Also a special note of thanks to Giri for patiently guiding us through the formalities. I want to thank RG Home care for their excellent service especially Mr.Rajgiri for her brilliant communication and customer service and making the necessary arrangements. he does a good follow-up before and after the physio, also accurate feed-back. We appreciate Mr. Arivu for her excellent physio service which made my mm to gain confident that she can walk again.
