One of the best service in this showroom. I was enquierd one ac for my house purpose.. staff was explained the full datails of air-conditionar and i was fully satisfied with the shop.

Sathya, R.s puram is providing worst customer service. I haven't given worst review to anyone. But these people don't diserve even 1 star. I have purchased A/c and they promised to deliver within a day. But they told silly reasons like no stock, driver not available, there are no people in warehouse to load the product. The worst thing is that they didn't even raised installation request to the concern company for installation. It's been a week that they didn't done anything. I really don't know how they could say them as an authorised dealer. After billing and processing the invoice they are told that it would cost extra for 1st month EMI. Very worst experience with Sathya. People who are planning to buy from them, highly recommending not to do that!!!!!!

The worst management I have ever experienced .We waited for more than an hour just to enable the serial number in billing and atlast no serial number of the product worked for billing. Felt Worst behaviour with customer. Even one star is not eligible for the management.

I have never left a bad review for any store until now but you people deserve more bad reviews. WORST shopping experience ever. We were standing for more than an hour for billing and the manager was not even bothered to make an initiative. The way you treat your customers matters more than any offers or discounts. Never visiting your store ever again. Leaving a review here so other people will think twice before visiting your store.

Counter Staff with worst attitude, customer service very bad. Lot of price difference between their own website & showroom. When showed them their website price, they were adamant with their showroom price .

Don't purchase in this store...... i ordered Haier ac at 4th April..still no response in company sidee...... worst....if u order product from this store 💯 surely .. product comes delay only...
