Highly unprofessional builder. Not recommended at all. The original date of their sector 69 Golf heights draw was in the month of October but not declared yet. delayed by 6 months but still there is no visibility or surety about the draw. I wrote almost 15 emails but they don't care to respond. The official mobile number provided by them on TCP website was never attended. Investors are requested to be careful while investing their hard earned money with such a fraudster.

Regarding sector 109 project Flat construction quality is satisfactory but huge delay in delivery even not seems in coming near future. Slowest speed of work. No communication to buyer about estimated date. Can OSB reply in this so that other buyers like get some update and assurance from your side. Not recommend to any one to buy in OSB project. 😕

Very concerned with Venetian Project. Saw the Replies how OSB employees like Neelam and others are fooling all allotees. They are replying by saying that whole world is struggling. Many Builders like MRG got project after them and they have build almost 70% of the project but OSB is still struggling to get EC of Venetian. When anyone mentions about this, then they say do not defame the company as if they have not done anything incorrect and many are frustrated as builder is not even refunding amount after cancellation. Please do not blame country for anything bad if your company is not doing well. Except two or three builders, all other company projects are going pretty well. There is need for housing but builders like you have got people money stuck of old investors and not able to sell the projects the new individual. Government also stepped in and asked why construction has not started but there is no reply from OSB builder. I think government should now hand over such license to some good builder who can work in today's environment. From past two years whenever I call to check status, they give a nice reply by saying it EC would come by Month END :) ...Very well managed Fraud Company. They were not able to sell projects in hot Locations like 69 where others builders are charging premium for affordable flats just because of these reasons.

Hello, Hope you are doing well. Is there any update on OSB Sector 109? This was supposed to be deliver on 2021. Still we are waiting for response. Your team is not updating the status, what is in progress, Why this will be delay, whe your are delivering? etc. i have called multiple times to your shared contacts some of are switch-off, some are not reachalbe. Please share the update and contact no. of any reaponsible person who can atleast respond timely. by when we can expect our position? Again; If you are asking positivity and encourage from the coustomer So, my friend "clapping not possilbe with one hand". we are also need a posivity from you & your team atleast people have already make the payment timely. Still your team is not updating the status, what is the progress on Sector 109, when your are delivering tentatively? over the mails. i have called multiple times to your shared contacts some of are switch-off, some are not reachalbe. Expect the right answer for the right question. Thanks for your respond.

I am also suffering for my refund amount since last one year. Builder are very irresponsible. So requesting everyone please don't invest with this fraud and irresponsible builder. All staff are highly trained about the fraud system with customers, So please beware of this fraud builder.

Why not refunding my deposited amount, which was canceled before 1 year of sector 70 unit 'The venetian'? I am also suffering for my refund amount since last one year. Builder are very irresponsible. So requesting everyone please don't invest with this fraud and irresponsible builder. All staff are highly trained about the fraud system with customers, So please beware of this fraud builder. Kindly keep distance and beware this fraud builder.

Keep distance with this fraud builder, There aren't any responsible person at there office, I am trying for my refund amount last 11 months (I had canceled my unit at sector-70), but not received as yet.! So please don't invest with this fraud and unresponsive builder.

Do Not invest in any of OSB projects. I am suffering (so are 20 more people) by investing in one of their projects in Gurugram and struggling to get my money back. Got to know that people who got refund cheques are facing chqs bounce. Considering of filing legal cases against their Mgmt. So, be careful and if any money paid already, do ask for Refund on immediate basis and be ready for Legal tangles.

Hello Everyone, He is a big fraud builder at Gurgaon, So please don't book and give them any amount, Actually I had booked a unit at The Vanation at Sector 70, But there are no any construction work and I already deposited around Rs. 9 lakh, but I had cancelled the unit on Dec-21, but they told me will be refund after 3 months, but they not refunding my deposited amount. So please buy any other place or different builders, if you want your dream home.

Fraud.! Fraud.! Fraud.! Maine Sector 70 'The venetion' m 1 unit book karwaya tha, jo ab tk construction work start nahi huwa hai, Esliye maine Jan-22 m hi cancel kara diya tha, But builder ne abhi tak hamara paisa refund nahi kiya hai. Or bht jyada harassment kar rakha hai. So requsting to everyone, Please don't waste your money with this fraud builder. Neelam is a big liar employee on there, They always gives as sweet excuse.! And they dropping fraud reviews as well by self, So Please ignore all 5* reviews. Dear builder, requsting to you kindly hamara deposit amount refund kar do Please.!!

I and my friend visited the site today and got to know that NGT GOVERNMENT has stopped the construction work again for 2 months due to pollution. This happens every year which really sucks. After 2 months the labour takes time to get on track. The builder has good intentions and want to give the affordable housing project soon.

The quality of tall buildings by OSB group looks very promising. I have seen many buildings of builders stopped from completing because of customer going to courts. My friends are suffering in other builder projects now. No point , just pay your money on time so that work is complete and we get our house. The same area house in regular premium housing projects is 1 crore. I am happy with affordable housing scheme now. I have a good house in budget to live. The work was stopped during Covid, now work in full swing. Soon I will get possession.
