The Donuts loves serving its customers at any issues on order placing and order delivery and order cancellation.
Order cancellation can be made at customer care through call (9842845959)
Cancellation of orders should be intimated to The Donuts only during Business working hours of 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
Cancellation to be made 24 hours before the delivery date.
Cancellations will be not be considered if the request is made before or after the time mentioned above and for same day delivery it has to be intimated 6 hours before delivery time.
Bulk order cancellation should be done 48 hours prior to delivery time.
We do not provide refunds but for the value of product, new products or similar products will be delivered as soon as possible.

Recently ordered a chocolate truffle for my mom's birthday - and they customised it to perfection. Exactly how I.showed the reference image. They suggested the weight based on the image and Gave a genuine pricing. Can be on the expensive side. 1 kg chocolate cake was 1200/kg + 1000 for customisation. They have delivery available that costed rs. 20/ km. The taste was good and the service was friendly. The delivery was on time. But they could have brought it safely because it started leaning

We had ordered a mango tresleches cake and as expected, it was very flavourful and tasty. The store had a nice ambience, but unfortunately we went during closing time and sadly could not taste anything in store. Even though I bought a few snacks to go with the cheesecake and they were also good. Price is a bit high and the delivery charges are too high.. But they seemed to deliver the cakes with utmost care. They also have a collection of variety donuts...so planning to visit again to enjoy a nice evening with warm snacks and a good book...and must to say that staffs are very polite...

Beautiful shop, must visit. Cleanliness and hygiene is guaranteed. Taste and product quality is their top priority. They also go an extra mile to meet the customer requirements and support. I used to visit this shop since my school times back in 2005. I've always loved their products.

Very good shop for bakery items and quality products. Price will be little higher but quality and taste always superb. They will be doing the customised cake also with extra charges .Shop is clean and hygiene Good customer service. But it cannot be the day by day shop for everyone due prices. Same product will be half prices in the other shops. NFC accepted. Very difficult for bike parking. Noway for car parking and have to find the road side parking.

Very good place to try the bakery items and also have Donuts. I go a sample cake for me to try the taste. All items are fresh. Very good ambiance. Parking is only for two wheelers. Cashier place is little cranky, very less space when more number of people come to cashier. Suggestion is to have billing separate and cash collection separate. Expecting a smiley face with the service.

Yummy, yummy, this is the most important word u utter when u leave the premises. From last 4 years most of the time we celebrate birthday functions of our daughters with 🍩 cakes. Not only they insist on that , but we too r in love with the brand.They have various cake for different occasions.The service is great and recently they have renovated their NSR road shop,which looks even better now.Prices are very reasonable.

Beautifully renovated cake house with great taste and customer support, lots of new arrival cakes , cookies and soft drinks, and also if anyone likes burger , sandwich, pizza kind of foodie don't miss to vist The Donuts . Finally The Donuts 🍩 perfect landmark for saibaba colony.
