  This is a good hotel for booking rooms and also resturant. This is the only hotel I had ever seen in a non traffic zone.

  Visited Kiscol Grand hotel for new year eve buffet dinner.. The food was good and few desserts like baked rasagulla, truffle stole my heart... They really did a good job in arrangements.. The drinks counter was doing a great job.. However they failed to place the live counter as promised in their menu in rooftop dinner.. Still they made sure to get our live counter menus to us ... The service was wonderful... They made sure each customer gets an utmost attention... Live mehandi art, magic show was also arranged by them... Even though the price was on the higher end .. we did enjoy the experience...

  Very worst experience. Very expensive . You need to beg for food. No service, you want to wait long time for your food in bar. Waiters doest have knowledge to inform the offer. Don't waste money here

  Except for the location I would not recommend this hotel. It is not worth the money. 1. You won't get fresh air when you enter the floor where the rooms are located 2. Room door closing isn't smooth enough. Every time you close the door you hear the door banging noise. The closing isn't smooth. (This issue is not in the room where I stayed but the opposite room). Every time the kids in that room open/close the door we got disturbed. 3. I saw pests in the toilet and inside the room. Pest control isn't the best 4. Breakfast free - You can make out that you are eating free breakfast from the way the restaurant management staff behaves. The women staff are so good and they try their best to attend to the guest but it is beyond their control. You won't get the food replaced so easily if you go after 8:45am. I would prefer if I can book a room without breakfast and save that money to eat out in Hotel Annapoorna. I haven't given the feedback in the restaurant as I sensed that they do not care about the feedback. I haven't had such a worst dosa/Idli in recent times. 5. The linens (Bath Towels) are not in white color. You feel like you are staying in a 2 star hotel. 6. Trains in the near by station will wake you up in the mornings with loud noise. Unable to upload photos of pest found inside the room and dosa here.

  We had a very good stay here. Absolutely enjoyed our time. The staffs and the entire team are very friendly and helpful. Recommended for all family and for those looking for a decent and excellent kids friendly staying option in coimbatore.

  The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff are always humble and ready to help, which makes Kiscol grands as one of my favorite destinations every time when I'm visiting the beautiful city of Coimbatore. The lobby was good and most importantly the airport pick up and drop feature helped me a lot during my stay.

  Hotel Kiscol Grands, Best hotel in Coimbatore. Great connectivity, very nice ambience, family friendly, superb food and fantastic service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially from the front office Mr. Deepan and Ms.Suganthi and from the food and beverage Mr. Srikutten. I would highly recommend Kiscol Grands to have a great experience and to make stay enjoyable.

  I would tell all my friends and family that this is the best three star hotel in Coimbatore to book your stay. There are a bunch of young men and women who are always ready to serve you and provide you one of the most comfortable stays in the city.

  The rooms are clean, food is amazing, and the hotel staff were so kind upon arrival and during the entire stay at Coimbatore. We booked a banquet hall for my daughter’s birthday celebration and all our guests just enjoyed the event. Thankyou Kiscol grands for making our event successful!

  We had an amazing stay at Kiscol Grands in Coimbatore. The staff was super cool and helped us every time we needed their support. From providing the right cab to delicious food they have everything which one needs to enjoy their stay in Coimbatore.

  One of the worst dinner i ever had at the empire restaurant kiscol grand. Worst chicken fried rice worst creamy soup. Too late to serve the food. Completely mood off. Completely not recommended to anyone. Even a normal small restaurant has better taste.

  Complimentary breakfast was awesome. I would like to thank Ms. Govardhini and Mr. Prem for their easy nature and prompt service with a smile. Mr. Krishna, Mr. Godwin and Mr. Sukis were a great team at Reception and they made us feel at home. I wish all of them success in their future endeavours. All the very best guys, you did a wonderful job.

  Room no 324 on 8th Aug 2022. Cockroaches in room Flush not working properly waste of water- felt hotel management does not bother about environment. Charges agreed at time booking was different and actually charged was different(charged more). Does not suggest this hotel and not willing to come back to this hotel.

  Good infrastructure. Room are well crafted. Baths are well built with modern amenities. Has waiting lounge. Lift facilities available. Staffs are friendly. The restaurant Empire serves good breakfast. The sheets in the room could have been better. They are not clean. Toiletries provided. Parking space is small in the basement for the number of guests it can accommodate. However they have a valet driver who always keeps moving the vehicles here and there to allot parking space. Ask for the car keys back after your vehicle is parked in a spot. Washrooms were clean. Close to Coimbatore North Railway Station. A little improvement would make this Hotel one of the finest. Lockers, TV, AC, kettle available in the rooms.

  Had a quite nice stay. Felt like the room was meant for single occupancy and not for a family as they provided only one towel, one dental kit etc. Food was quite nice. Appreciate if they can take a bit more effort for improvement.
