ABOUT LEMON TREE HOTELS LIMITED
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms, as of June 30, 2017, according to the Horwath Report. We operate in the upscale segment and in the mid-market sector, consisting of the upper-midscale, midscale and economy segments. We deliver differentiated yet superior service offerings, with a value-for-money proposition.
LTHL opened its first hotel with 49 rooms in May 2004 and currently operates ~8,350 rooms in 87 hotels across 53 destinations, in India and abroad, under its various brands viz. Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, Keys Prima, Keys Select and Keys Lite. As the current pipeline becomes operational, LTHL will be operating ~10,450 rooms in 106 hotels across 64 destinations, in India and abroad.
Lemon Tree Hotels, including Keys Hotels, are located across India, in metro regions including the NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, as well as numerous other tier I and II cities such as Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Indore, Aurangabad, Udaipur, Vishakhapatnam, Kochi, Ludhiana, Thiruvananthapuram and Vijayawada. The company expanded internationally with hotels opening in Dubai in December 2019 and in Bhutan in February 2020. New hotels are also set to open internationally in Bhutan and Nepal.

I am sorry to say, this is one of the worst stays ever. Swimming pool was under maintenance. During check out time, they volunteered to place the bags inside our car, and forgot to place a laptop bag. They did not have the decency to give us a call to inform the laptop had been kept behind. We reached airport to find the missing bag and called a staff, who said he'll check and get back, and switched off his phone. After franctically calling a few numbers, one person picked the call and confirmed the bag was with them, and refused to drop it at the airport (driver unavailability he said, even when we offered to pay for the cost). Extremely insensitive and poor support.

Fantastic place for a stay in Coimbatore and a fine dining area close to the reception. Rooms were kept tidy and I was never able to get the television to work. The breakfast buffet was on time and there will be a lot of guys to help you around. As a whole, I never found a better lemon tree hotel to stay in TN.

Good location.. it was greenery.. food was good though it was same menu.. nice pool to hang around.. ample parking space.. staff was helpful especially in restaurant.. house keeping need to be lil bit active and know the need what they request.. other than that.. it was good stay..

Good hotel 6 km from airport. Calm place. No much traffic near the hotel. Rooms are very good. Good ac and hot water. Bar is very good. Restaurant is good. They should concentrate on the taste of the food. Better have a south indian cook. Good car park. Room key controlled lift. Nice staff. You can access all place from here.

The hotel was comfortable and clean and staff was well spoken in English and very helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. As soon as I entered my room I smelled smoke and within 5 minutes someone sprayed my room with air freshner which helped however the next morning same problem. It's a lovely hotel but please dont allow smoking in the rooms it affects others. On the negative side all the metal fixtures was tarnished and unsightly. It would make a big difference if changed. I absolutely loved the lemony scent of the hotel.

Great place for the price Good room service and clean and spacious rooms The pool and Gym is also available from 7am to 10pm Good buffet options and also a cozy bar on the ground floor. Kinda far from the proper town,almost 10kms from shopping places and other restaurants

It's a beautiful standalone 4star property for business and family stay at coimbatore. Rooms are spacious, good breakfast options and have resturant for dining. Also have halls and meeting rooms for family functions and official meeting. Good to stay with family and kids. Happy to be at Lemon.

Worst hotel ever. The receptionist Kailash has the worst attitude when checking out we had to call 6-7 times and no answer from him and we had to carry our luggages by ourself.when asked he rudely replied that " i was here and didn't notice any call" Moreover the place was stinking especially the restaurant where the drianage smell was at its peak. Will never recommend this hotel. If I had an option to give zero rating I would have done it. Only good thing was the parking . The food was costly and was third rate . You would get better food from roadside

It is a good hotel. Definitely recommended for families and friends. They provide good hospitality. Staff are very curtious and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. But it is situated very far and outskirts of the city. Literally 7 kms from railway station and city centre. Airport is little close to the hotel . Other than the location of the hotel everything is fine.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, hygienic food with quality and the staff's was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here. The con is only the location.! In by Near no bus stopping is there ..!No travel facilities are there.! If you're search any taxi or auto they will charged 350RS/min- within 2 km..!! I request them to It would be great if they arrange some kind of travel facility for people coming from outside..! Thanks guys..!

Beautiful place to stay. Ample parking. Courteous staff. Good Breakfast. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Ideal place to chill. Chef Arun - Continental in charge, Deepak F& B Manager, Ritzwa the restaurant staff n Gokul the front office staff deserve a special mention with their very polite, sensible n graceful behaviour.
