  Typical Radisson experience. The stay here was amazing, with very courteous and helpful staff. Special mention of the food - buffet and otherwise - good spread and not that heavy on the wallet. The rooms were contemporary and worth the charge. Definitely recommended

  WORST SERVICE 1. They took 3 hours and 04 phone calls just to give a basic item like slippers. 2. Internet keeps breaking down and they don’t even have a decency to send a technician to fix it. I had to to walk down to the lobby to get it fixed. 3. They have only focused on ambience and not the functionality of things. There is sound of flush and running water throughout the night. Washbasin tends to get blocked after every usage. 4. The property is hugely understaffed and overly priced. I think Radisson should close down this property or change the management. After just a night stay, i feel cheated.

  One of the best hotels in Coimbatore. Nice and comfortable stay. Awesome property. Stunning infinity pool, spent a good amount of time here. From valet parking on arrival to departure, everything was pleasant experience. Great breakfast spread, delicious too. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

  The hotel is located in the centre of the city which makes it more convenient for the guests. Rooms have top class amenities and have excellent room service. Terrace pool is an added advantage, but not usable most of the time due to some private parties and functions. Also have a private spa and wellness center. The rooms are very spacious and especially the interconnecting rooms for families is awesome. Overall a great place for accommodation without any hesitation.

  Horrible service. We arrived at 9.30 pm and they said it is the hotel policy to pay the entire amount at check-in time itself. So we paid and then waited for any staff to take our luggage for 10 min. But no one came. Finally me and my husband got fed-up and took up our 5 bags by ourselves along with our kids. After entering our room we tried calling all the available numbers to get an extra bed. No response. So my husband went down and informed the receptionist directly. They said sorry and will send someone immediately. That was 40 min ago. I am still waiting for the extra bed. If the hotel is so strict on its policy, is providing a good service not one of them ?

  I went for dinner with family. It was a buffet we enjoyed. Starters were really good. Main course at the live counter was very good. Biriyani needs improvement. Deserts selectively were good. Ambience and services was excellent.

  Just had a great meal at Seasons Restaurant. Service was great and the food all very tasty. Even had some no-spicy continental options if you didn't want hot. Lovely mango ice cream to finish and loads of other nice desserts

  Rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was good. They went over and beyond to help make our stay very comfortable. Mr. Purushoth was very friendly and guided me without any hesitation with wide spread of smile 😊. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Coimbatore.

  Just as a trial, My wife and I stayed in the Superior room. Clean, neat, modern, ample room for our 8 suitcases. Bathroom was the best. 8th floor swimming pool area is my favourite place for my morning yoga and a leisurely swim . My biggest complaint is most star hotels don't know how to make a decent Madras Coffee.

  Hush bar is a good place to sit peacefully for a couple of drinks. The ambience is great. The hospitality is good and far better than the other properties in Coimbatore. The food they serve here is good as well.

  it's a great leisure place to stay. Stanley Tom especially him he helped us and arranged a fabulous stay two days in radisson was a heaven feel a very friendly one it was so pleasing to know people are so good the way they treat customers is fantastic. The rooms and everything were well arranged and neat. Morning breakfast was amazing. My experience was I had an event and didn't get rooms at any other because I was the same local one but Radisson allows local customers too. so I would recommend people to have a great time here for a peaceful stay

  Advantage: 1. Very clean 2. Food are really good 3. Very friendly staff 4. Excellent swimming pool and pool view 5. Good bar Disadvantages: 1. Shower don't work properly and the shower drain will blocked always. 2. No mini bar inside the room. 3. In room refrigerator doesn't work. 4. No hair dryer in side the room. All the time we want to ask for it.....and that hair dryer also comes with the foreign socket plug......which can't be used in bathroom or near the mirror in wardrobe......the only place we can plug in is near the bed socket. 5. And mainly No Complimentary breakfast for this tariff and that was more disappointed. I never expect all this Disadvantages for the price point that you are charging. Compared to the price of the room, the above Disadvantages should not be happened .....

I was there for four days with my family and for all these days d I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak season.   We had my engagement function in one of their Emperor halls. Very nice hospitality, very helpful and understanding staffs. The hall was very spacious and comfortable for huge crowd and seating and food was organized very well. Rooms were very neat and clean. Overall a very nice experience. Would be my first choice in future for our family functions and events. Thank you Afrin for the support.

  Property is good , service from hotel is ok not great. Good spread in breakfast is enough you get lot of south. If just stay it’s good choice. You expect so much support and service look for something else.

  One of the best star hotels in Coimbatore, located in the heart of the city, close to Airport and IT tech parks. SPA and fitness are very good. The swimming pool is well maintained with a nice aerial view of the city. Rooms are clean and well maintained like American standards. Overall experience was good.

  One of the best star hotels in Coimbatore. Located near Airport and IT hub. More spacious around the hotel and rooms are same like American standard including the perfume. The main lobby is bit normal. The breakfast ( complimentary )has all the items from continental to South Indian idly and chanteys. SPA,Fitness are very good. The swimming pool is awesome with beautiful aerial view of the city. If you do not use these facilities then just like over night stay look to be expensive. Make use of all the facilities.
