  The quality of the back packs are excellent. I typically face problems with the zips but the zip quality on these bags is very good. Also, the fabric, being water proof is great to use for all weather conditions. Love the bags and outstanding value for money

  I have purchased 2 Nasher Miles suitcases, one cabin bag and one large suitcase and both are great! I have taken them on multiple trips, both international and domestic and they are great to travel with. Smooth wheels and study handle for wheeling to and from the airport. Sturdy build quality and TSA certified locks so my packed items stay safe and secure while I travel. Would highly recommend 👍🏼

  I have been using this bag since last one year, it is really an awesome bag people do compliment. i faced had faced one small zip issue, customer care guided me to service centre which is in Charni Road. So I visited there and submitted my bank for repair within three days it was ready and they also dispatched my bag same day. Really awesome brand and service. keep the good work.

  My experience with Nasher Miiles has been fabulous! My cargo was completely shattered by the airline as there hnadling was extremely rough and ihI large size suitcases(75cms) each. I had four suitcases of Nasher Miles, Kamiliant (American Tourister) & Safari. Though all the suitcases being hard cased, the case was broken for kamiliant and safari which shows the poor build quality of both the brand's where as with Nasher Miles only a few scratches were sustained on the case and only one wheel was broken of each suitcase which was repaired for free as were under warranty. I appreciate the build quality of suitcase and also Vaibhav who was very helpful through the entire process for the repair. He knew his job perfectly and guided me through the time taken and also what exactly was happening with my suitcases in due intervals and once done repairing. So my overall experience with Nasher Miles from purchasing to the build quality and Vaibhav helping to repair the suitcases was extremely smooth.
