Corrie Street Practice are great. Dr Hira Karim is polite, acknowledges her patients needs and is thorough, kind and very competent. Dr Hakima is also a lovely doctor to see also. Respectful and thorough. Dr Karim is highly skilled with children. She is adept at communicating with children, teens, young and older adults with knowledgeable and thorough care and respect. Her way of asking about health management and symptoms with my kids is great. She is highly competent and knowledgeable and due to my age all the best GPs are retired or not bulk billing and I had given up on the old school respect, genuine care and having a personal connection to a stable family GP who listens to patient history and symptoms and shares results, treating you like you are intelligent enough and want to learn more about your test results if you ask. Dr Hira Karim is the 1st GP I have found locally who is thorough, young, smart, humble and gentle with empathy filled compassion and has a consistent bedside manner that relaxes patients. I hope she can be our family practitioner for many years to come.

My very 1st visit to Corrie Street Medical Centre was a positive experience. I was running 10 mins late believing my appointment was 1.50pm rather than 1.40pm. Very polite efficient Medical Receptionist greeted me & only a brief wait to see Dr Andrew. I had read his profile prior to the visit & considered we may have common interests generations aside. Dr Andy was very knowledgeable with my medical history which was transferred from my previous ( now retired) Dr Manus Maher whom i had visited for over 25 years. I am a new patient and after relocating from the central city of Brisbane to Chermside, I thought it might be quite a challenge to find a good suburban medical centre. However, my first visit to Corrie Street Medical Clinic was far better than I expected. I was very impressed by the administrative staff who made me feel very welcome and were very efficient in addressing the necessary documentation. However, the real test came when I was with one of the local doctors followed by the fulltime nurse. I believe I am a good judge of medical practitioners, and these two were very impressive. I am now confident this medical clinic will become my permanent health centre in my new Chermside community.

Always the sweetest doctors at Corrie Street. They always show a lot of care and knowledge. Glad to have found this hidden gem. Highly recommend them and grateful to the receptionists for always being so kind.

The service and service fee is very fair. This is my 1st check up under my medicare and I believe, Dr.Hira will be my personal doctor now. She is accommodating,not intimidating and not judgemental. :) I am able to understand her advise very well. I, my partner and our three children have all been to this clinic over the last 10 years. We have seen multiple doctors and both nurses here, and have never had a bad experience. Every doctor has been thorough and has taken the time to examine us properly and manage/refer/follow us up appropriately. I always feel reassured coming here. The only negative is that occasionally you are seen well after your scheduled appt time. In saying that, the high standard/quality of care received far outweighs having to wait sometimes

Great staff, receptionist Gabby was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic and it's team to anyone looking for a more 'family style' approach for drs. I saw Dr Andy Thomas for my consult and will continue to keep him as my entire families GP
