Invoice is send after payment with terms and conditions which you are never told unless you read. The counselor is not aware of anything she just sounded very helpful throughout but she will do nothing neither does she has any clarity on what is going on. I was termed as a worthless candidate since i was asking books to study. Asking about payment all these months she told you can give as you have Also, she wasn't even aware of an edu app they had which i came to know at the end. Instead of accepting the mistake she kept on talking rudely and she also spoke on behalf of her sir who she mentioned didn't want such candidates who are a pain for them. My mistake - All i asked was books. Money was never an issue but I was told at the end that they were giving me favor by assuring me to provide books without full payment.. Assuring is a favor? You could have told what the matter is at the begining. And finally they deduct money from my initial payment and refund.. Thats the price i paid for all the torture I had trusting them for past few months.. Update after reply from them.. Maam you need to convey your terms first especially regarding books. Atleast 5/6 times i asked i was conveyed softcopy is there and hardcopy is there then it went for printing and softcopy was to be send the next day but no revert on the issues.. Had you told once about payment would anyone have any issue specially without books how can anyone proceed.. when i enrolled you told initial is 5k which is about 30% of first year fee. But after a certain time your inability to revert and provide books or any convey anything made me backout.. Ofcourse 500 is my hard earned money plus i wasted few months behind this. One more thing you need to convey everything, else we wont know.. Many things are printed on invoices as a general clause which is not necessarily followed unless verbally conveyed by person incharge and these are not the thing you put in front when you promise something and you fail..

I am posting this after a year of experience and getting sevices from them. I went Kochi in 2015 and got a reference about them from a close friend. They have been excellent in services. Distance education at the best. I recommend you all try the services once.

Visited office and the person(a lady) incharge was very rude. Not at all recommended. That is insulting to be treated bad and called fake too. I'm pretty sure you guys don't have much idea about customer service. So anyone posting bad review is fake. Right? You may ask your front desk lady if someone had visited last friday and how she handled.
