I visited Dr Smiles (Kondapur) for my ortho treatment. Initially, I went there only for a consultation as I was not happy with how my previous doctor was finalising my braces treatment but after meeting with the doctor I decided I had to switch. My appointment was with Dr. K Kiran Kumar. He discussed my issues at length and told me how he would fine tune and fix the issues I was facing within a specific time. The Dr Smiles team continuously checked in on me and reached out to fix appointments. The entire process was smooth and the final results were amazing and it was extremely well planned and executed. Dr. K Kiran Kumar took a very reasonable amount to complete the treatment. After the treatment, the only thing I wish I had done was to visit him first. He is extremely knowledgeable and can plan in such a way that there is no delay in the treatment. He explained the entire process including dos and don’ts so that I get the best outcome possible. He truly cares about his patients and helps them in best possible ways. I would definitely recommend Dr Smiles for all dental issues as the doctors and the team are all receptive and work with you on your issues. Also, they are very well organised and reasonable.

I had my cavites and root canal treatment done here, a very nice experience, the doctors were very professional and guided me throughout the process. I got appointment reminder through call, message and call. The ever smiling staff and doctors made the whole experience a lot more wonderfu.
