In a rather weird twist of fate I happen to come visit “Impression” and was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming Shamim, the owner of Impression Hair and Skin. The first thing she did was to create a very causal and open space to talk about my hair loss issue and she took the trouble to dig beneath the surface to understand the “why” behind my wanting a hair transplant. She was very causal in her demeanor and talk which put my mind to ease. Although she’s a trichologist, she spoke in very plain and simple way to make me understand the process and set very accurate expectations for the future. Her instructions were detailed and she kept hammering the important stuff again and again so I would NOT forget. I am very impressed with the skilled hand of the people on her team that actually perform the surgery. They made the process least painful as much as possible. Her post-operation personal touch to monitoring the progress of healing is what really sets her apart from the competition. For 10 days succeeding the operation, she would touch base every day and get updates on the progress of healing and medication. I have got really good results after the transplant and Dr Shamim and the rest of the staff are really supportive and followup regularly to ensure proper care is taken for maximum results. This decision has really boosted my self esteem and i would advise people to seek her help.
