On Friday, I diligently paid the fees for my daughter's CMA foundation course, excited for her educational journey to begin. However, what followed was a cascade of disappointment and frustration. Despite assurances from the institute that they would promptly send the schedule, they failed to uphold their promise. As a result, my daughter found herself stranded, unsure of how to proceed to her class room. Despite the institute's claim that classes would commence at seven in the morning, there was a glaring absence of staff in the front office to address our concerns. It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for responsibility and commitment. In a state of utter disbelief, we waited outside the deserted office, only to realize that the front office staff wouldn't be available until 8 AM. This lack of coordination and communication reflects poorly on the institute's professionalism and reliability. It's a shame that their negligence has hindered my daughter's educational pursuits and left us feeling utterly disillusioned with their services.
