- We have a separate section in our showrooms that takes orders based on the design you give. Such exclusive, custom designed jewels are delivered within a short period.
- You can exchange a jewel purchased within 7 days from the date of purchase. (Needless to say, such jewels must not have been used).
- We take care to commence work on creating of Mangalyams during auspicious times only.

Went to purchase a ring for me one staff was showing us the collections when we asked for a help for another staff (as the first person was not seen for a while) who were just simply sitting she just gave us a big attitude and said like wait for your attending person and showed off like she doesn't care.... This is highly unacceptable from a customer stand point and made me feel uneasy to think seems these people are underpaid and that's the reason for their attitude and started taking our business elsewhere from then.... Instead of asking us to mail you the details please teach your staffs to treat all customers properly.
