I make sure not to give negative reviews to businesses who work so hard in this competitive world, but this Mithiyadi shop in Brookfields aha really been ridiculous in handling customers.. I have been a regular customer,bought many slippers from them for my family ,and friends abroad.. This time i bought a slipper for my daughter's birthday,as it was a surprise we couldn't take her along.. I bought the slippers two sizes bigger than her own,cross checked twice with them as their sizes were also EU but to an utter shock my daughter's feet didn't fit in.. I called three of them to oblige and exchange it,though it was not my fault.. But as said by the other reviewers this customer care is the worst.. made a big mistake .. please be aware of the people ..

Strongly believe that I would become a regular customer and a brand ambassador with my network. Good concept, great comfort, easy to use and above all - good customer service. The instant customisation of colours of choice is a nice touch. Might buy couple of them to suit my dress colour.

Nice comfortable footwear

The shop is very good for Methiyadi type of designs. Very comfortable wear. Almost like walking barefoot. Prices are reasonable. Would have given 5 stars but for limited varieties in design.

Good customer service.We can choose the colour combinations of our choice.They have readymade slippers too.

saleswoman attitude was not good, she got irritated when i asked her suggestions about different colors and customizing. she started saying "ohh my god" and i was bit mood off !! this happened on 9/1/2018 . and about the footwear no complaints it is awesome and quality is superB and perfect !
